| WOLF OF WALL STREET - hung inwards passing the 1500m striking a track marker. Hampered by a weakening runner rounding the final bend. Paced roughly near the 300m after being hampered when being shifted wider on the track by an inside runner. | |

| MYSTERY BEACH - raced greenly after improving to the lead for a distance near the 2100m causing driver S Ottley difficulty before being restrained to trail. Hampered by a weakening runner rounding the final bend. Miss Ottley was issued a warning to exercise greater care when shifting ground after hampering an outside runner near the 300m. | |
| GOODOLDAYZ - driver R Holmes reported that despite his efforts the removable deafeners had failed to release rounding the final bend, however he was able to activate them at his second attempt over the concluding stages. Cleared from the unruly for future standing starts. | |

| PLAYING WITH STARS - over-raced middle stages. Junior driver H Douglas reported the mare had been striking the sulky wheel discs at various stages during the running. Mr Douglas (assisted by M Williamson) defended a breach of Rule 868(3) alleging he failed to drive the mare out to the end of the race when having a reasonable chance of finishing in 4th place. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from all parties the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved. After considering submissions on penalty Mr Douglas' driver's licence was suspended from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 1 August 2025 (3 days). | |
| DIDJASEEMIKI - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver O Thornley. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. | |
| BEVERLEY COURTNEY - over-raced middle stages. Weakened early in the run home. When questioned regarding the performance driver K Newman advised the mare had been challenged for the lead through the middle stages with the effort taking its toll. Mr Newman added he expected the horse would derive considerable benefit from the race which was its first start for one month. | |

After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr DeFilippi's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 27 July up to and including 3 August 2025 (2 days). | |

Junior driver M Holbrough (assisted by S Tomlinson) defended a breach of Rule 858(1)(a) and (d) alleging she scored up in the incorrect position inside BLACKJACK (S Ottley) resulting in a false start being declared and a delay to the start. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from all parties, the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and imposed a fine of $300. | |
