Race 1   IRT. YOUR HORSE. OUR PASSION. MOBILE PACE
HILARIOUS LOVE - paced roughly when weakening near the 500m hampering trailing runners losing ground. When questioned regarding the performance driver B Orange advised he was disappointed and could offer no explanation. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
CARRERA TRANQUILO - out of position at the candy pole. Driver R May was issued a warning.
WHATZ MY CHOICE - hampered by a weakening runner near the 500m. Weakened leaving the final bend. When questioned regarding the performance driver J Cox advised the gelding had been striking its knees.
DONTTELLTHEBOYS - hampered by a weakening runner near the 500m. When questioned regarding the performance driver O Thornley advised that after losing momentum near the 500m she was not disappointed with the effort of the gelding.
Race 2   XCM MOBILE TROT
MONARCH PRINCE - weakened final bend. When questioned regarding the performance driver R Close advised he was disappointed with the effort and could provide no explanation.
BONNIE BAGRIE - over-raced middle stages.
ALMIGHTY - hampered by a breaking runner near the 250m.
GRETTYMAC - hampered by a weakening runner near the 600m.
OUR EVIE RAE - broke late in the score up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
DARK GHANA - lay inwards and trotted roughly racing into the first bend. Broke near the 250m hampering a trailing runner losing all chance.
BRETT'S MATE - lay outwards in the run home and shifted up the track. Driver K Cameron was advised to make a greater effort to maintain a straight course in the run home.
FLORENCE THE MACHINE - weakened from the 600m hampering a trailing runner. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Placed on the unruly for future mobile starts at the request of trainer M Williamson.
Race 3   IT'S TIME TO BOOK WITH WOODLANDS STUD MOBILE PACE
SUMMER ROSE - driver R Houghton was issued a warning for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion leaving the final bend and early in the run home.
THE SEAMSTRESS - hampered by a weakening runner near the 400m. Lay inwards final bend losing ground.
BETTOR N JOY - paced roughly when weakening from the 700m hampering a trailing runner.
CONNIE GOLIGHTLY - hung outwards and paced roughly in the score up and was out of position at the candy pole. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. Weakened from the 600m.
Race 4   NORWOOD MACHINERY PACE
IM ALL IN - broke briefly at the start.
WILLY AWAY - broke briefly at the start and again after 100m with the gelding shifting inwards having to be corrected. Over-raced middle stages.
EDICT - broke at the start losing ground. Authorisation of 3rd placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied the gelding had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation in the early stages.
Race 5   ROAD METALS MOBILE TROT
LOVE WALKED IN - pre-race warmed. Over-raced middle stages. Held up final bend and until late in the run home.
IT'S SO EASY - raced wide early.
CORMORAN STRIKE - broke in the score up losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Held up rounding the final bend and again late in the run home.
MASTER CLASS - over-raced middle stages.
BULLIT TRAIN - pre-race warmed. Held up early and middle stages of the run home.
DREAMS PAT - broke near the 650m losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
Race 6   CONCRETE BROTHERS MOBILE PACE
MOTOR MOUTH - driver R Close advised he sustained a punctured sulky tyre in the run home. Locked wheels briefly with an inside runner which shifted outwards near the 50m.
QUICKER THAN QUICK - raced wide early. Crowded by an outside runner late in the run home.
DON JUAN - held up early in the run home. Contacted the sulky wheel of MOTOR MOUTH near the 250m. Junior driver T Duley (assisted by M Purvis) admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that she drove carelessly when allowing her runner to contact the sulky wheel of MOTOR MOUTH near the 250m which punctured. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $250. Shifted outwards and locked wheels briefly with MOTOR MOUTH near the 50m. Miss Duley was warned to take greater care when activating gear.
MCKENDRICK - driver R Harrison was spoken to advisedly after crowding an inside runner late in the run home.
Race 7   RICOH CANTERBURY SILK ROAD WINTER SERIES FINAL (HCP TROT)
BUFFY NORTHSTAINS - hampered by a breaking runner after 150m.
HARRIET'S MOMENT - over-raced middle stages.
MILLIE LET LOOSE - hampered by a breaking runner after 150m. Over-raced middle stages.
FOUR WISE WOMEN - broke after 150m hampering trailing runners losing ground. Weakened leaving the final bend.
ARADNE - broke rounding the first bend losing ground. Weakened final bend.
PAIGE - held up early and middle stages of the run home.

SLOTS - driver T Williams advised he did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
Race 9   BOOK NOW FOR MID WINTER XMAS AT ADDINGTON 1 & 15 AUGUST PACE
STYLE COUNCIL - shifted outwards near the 2200m forcing SAMVASA (J Curtin) to race wider on the track. Driver K Cameron admitted a breach of the Push Out Rule 869(4)(6)(b)(c) and after viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $200.
SANTANNA MACH - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the run home.
C C ARDEN - broke at the start losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Raced wide early.
CHEEKY RED - fractious prior to the start causing a delay. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Lay inwards when weakening and struck track markers final bend.
RUSTENBURG - broke at the start losing ground.
SAMVASA - forced wider on the track when STYLE COUNCIL shifted outwards near the 2200m. Over-raced middle stages. Weakened final bend.
THE BETTOR MAJOR - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
ONWARDSANDUPWARDS - weakened final bend. When questioned regarding the reason for not activating the hopple shorteners driver J Cox advised the cord had slipped out of reach between the dust sheet and the horse's tail and he had been reluctant to attempt to retrieve this due to the mare over-racing. After considering his explanation Stewards took the matter no further.
BAUTISTA - paced roughly racing into the first bend. Over-raced middle stages. Had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the run home.
Race 10   GOLD BAND TAXIS MOBILE PACE
DONE ROCKN - paced roughly rounding the first bend having to be steadied. Weakened final bend. When questioned regarding the performance driver J Curtin advised the gelding had paced roughly after resenting the track kick back. Mr Curtin also advised that the removable deafeners had not fully activated after becoming entangled.
TOBY TOM B - over-raced middle stages. Weakened from the 500m. When questioned regarding the performance driver O Thornley advised the gelding had not been suited by racing in the parked position.
KOWHAI NUGGET - paced roughly final bend.
ZARLINI - raced wide early.
DANCING DESIRE - raced wide early.
