Race 4 - WOODLANDS STUD MOBILE PACE
Stewards spoke with drivers H Douglas (SARGENT BEST), assisted by M Williamson, and C Ferguson (ARTMORE) regarding the incident near the 1600m when ARTMORE shifted ground inwards resulting in SARGENT BEST having to be restrained. After viewing the footage and hearing from both drivers, C Ferguson was issued with a warning for the manner he shifted ground at this stage of the race.
Race 6 - MAJESTIC HORSE FLOATS LTD MOBILE PACE
Trainer A Black advised Stewards on 6 July that RIGHTAZZ has had its hocks treated since last racing.

Race 1   REGENT CAR COURT MOBILE PACE
EMERALD ABBEY - briefly placed in restricted room near the 150m when an outside runner shifted inwards.
SARGENT BEST - raced wide early.
HE'S TOUGH - over-raced middle stages. Lay inwards leaving the final bend and at stages throughout the run home having to be straightened by driver B Williamson, who was spoken to for the manner he drove after the finish line.
TUNEINSPORTSFANS - briefly placed in restricted room on the sulky wheel of FRANCO HUNTINGTON near the 900m when there was a slight easing of the pace. Raced wide from the 600m.
DRAGON POWER - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room throughout the run home.
BOMBAY GLACIER - broke in the score up however was in position at the start.
KENSI - briefly placed in restricted room on the sulky wheel of TUNEINSPORTSFANS near the 900m when there was a slight easing of the pace. Paced roughly passing the 600m.
Race 2   THANK YOU TONY & MARY INESON MOBILE PACE
TEN DA TOUCH - driver H Douglas reported he did not release the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
TASHS BAD GIRL - raced wide from the 800m.
ROBYNS HUSTLER - held up rounding the final bend and early in the run home.
HAVARTI ARDEN - paced roughly in the early stages when racing wide until reaching the parked position near the 1600m.
VAN LIBERTY - raced wide early until reaching the parked position near the 1200m.
ARTMORE - over-raced middle stages.
MONTAGE - raced three wide with cover from the 800m.
ASK ME LOU - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver A Kyle. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Raced wide from the 800m.
Race 3   THANK YOU PAT CRONIN MOBILE PACE
SHARE A DREAM - paced roughly rounding the final bend and took a distance to balance up. Driver M Hurrell reported he did not release the removable deafeners in consequence.
EQUINE ASSET - weakened final bend.
THE REAL CRUNCH - over-raced at stages throughout. Shifted out in the run home placing an outside runner in restricted room near the 100m. Driver B Williamson was issued with a warning for the manner he shifted ground. Mr Williamson was also warned for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
MIKI COHEN - when asked to comment on the improved performance trainer/driver K Green advised the gelding had benefitted from a freshen up and received a soft run today.
PROSPERITY - raced wide early. Weakened rounding the final bend. When asked to comment on the performance trainer/driver C Ferguson advised that working hard early had taken its toll on the gelding. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed some lameness in the right hind leg. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
RAMBLIN ROVER - placed in restricted room near the 100m when an inside runner shifted out.
Race 4   BACK HERE 10TH AUGUST MOBILE PACE
RAKASPADES - raced three wide from the 800m before weakening final bend. A post-race Veterinary examination did not reveal any apparent abnormality.
HUNGRY BRONNIE - weakened over the concluding stages.
MOON LIGHT TERROR - broke rounding the final bend losing all chance.
NANA'S LITTLE TERROR - weakened final bend. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed a high heart rate and slow recovery.
MAJOR BURNS - over-raced middle stages.
CRACKASKY - raced three wide from the 1200m until reaching the parked position near the 850m. Weakened over the concluding stages.
Race 5   AVERIL'S BIG DAY OUT GOLD CHIP FINAL (HCP TROT)
There was a delay to the start when the Starter was not satisfied with the way runners had addressed the barrier with the field being turned away.
KIMBO - broke shortly after the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
TICKTOCK MCGLAUGHLIN - hampered by a weakening runner final bend.
GERALDINE CLOWERS - weakened final bend hampering a trailing runner.
SEBASTIAN STARK - broke shortly after the start hampering trailing runners losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
PENELOPE LANE - broke rounding the first bend losing all chance.
KYLE LOCH - slow in the early stages. Hampered by a breaking runner first bend losing considerable ground.
MUSCLE MIST - hampered by a breaking runner shortly after the start.
ROYAL AHEARN - hampered by a breaking runner shortly after the start and broke in consequence losing all chance.
THE MERC - over-raced middle stages.

MACK PACK - held up leaving final bend.
GOORAMBAT ART - unsuccessfully challenged for the lead for a distance through the middle stages.
DOUBLE QUICK - pre-race warmed. Lay out through the middle stages when leading. Driver H Douglas reported he was unable to release the removable deafeners due to the cord breaking. The gear was inspected and found to be in previous good condition.
SPORTY CHARLIE - late scratching on Veterinary advice at 9.05am.
MAGIC SIGN - trainer J Douglas was warned after presenting the gelding with non-notified removable deafeners.
SHERWOOD MAGGIE - lay inwards when weakening final bend contacting track markers .
Race 7   CRAIG HEYRICK AT HARCOURTS HANDICAP TROT
DOWNTOWN ORLANDO - held up early stages of the run home.
GIFT CARD - driver C Ferguson reported he was unable to drive the gelding out due to it trotting roughly in the run home.
Race 8   DIAMOND CREEK FARM / SBSR SILK ROAD FINAL (MOBILE PACE)
DIAMONDSONMYSHOES - over-raced at stages throughout. Became awkwardly placed to the sulky of JUST LIKE JAGGER near the 1800m when there was a slight easing of the pace. Weakened final bend.
SHOWCASE - raced wide early. Weakened final bend.
BETTOR OFF - when asked to comment on the performance driver T Williams advised he was disappointed with the effort of the filly and in his opinion she may not have been suited to the smaller track.
MALLORY MAGUIRE - required the assistance of a Starter's Attendant prior to the score up. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
Race 9   SOUTHERN HARNESS / HRNZ THANK DEAN SHANNON MOBILE PACE
ALWAYS BE BOOTIE - required the assistance of a Starter's Attendant prior to the score up. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Had difficulty obtaining clear racing room throughout the run home.
ASK ME LAZARUS - driver W House reported he was unable to release the removable deafeners due to the cord becoming entangled.
STILLYOURSHOT - raced wide early.
CRACKER OPIE - raced wide early.
AINT NO ANGEL - held up early in the run home.
JAYAR MAC - over-raced middle stages.
HAZER - over-raced in the score up and at stages throughout.
Race 10   MURRAY BROWN 40 YEARS SERVICE AT ASCOT PARK MOBILE PACE
A false start was declared at the first attempt when REMISSION broke in the score up checking second line runners. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Driver C Dalgety elected to remain in his allocated position for the restart.
REMISSION - held up early stages of the run home.
BOBBIES ROCK - when asked to comment on the performance driver M Hill advised he was not disappointed with the performance of the gelding given he had been pressured for the lead for the majority of the race and had only weakened over the final stages.
SKY ROCKET - over raced in the score up causing driver W House some difficulty. Lay inwards on the bends. Weakened leaving the final bend. When asked to comment on the tactics he adopted passing the 1800m when shifting off the marker line to race parked Mr House advised he believed the leader (BOBBIES ROCK) had worked hard in the early stages and rather than stay four back on the marker line and risk possibly being denied an uninterrupted run to line over the concluding stages he elected to shift out and challenge for the lead. He added on reaching the parked position he was unable to progress further forward and had no option but to stay parked with the effort taking its toll over the concluding stages.
