| PAT BENATAR - hung inwards and struck several track markers rounding the final bend. Returned to the assembly area with blood present in its mouth. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a minor laceration on the mare's tongue. | |
| KD GRINS - shifted out abruptly at the start and made contact with the sulky of BACARDI DOLL with KD GRINS losing ground. Held up early in the run home. | |
