Trainer R Low advised Stewards on 10 June that SIR ALFRED has been treated for a virus since last racing.

Race 1 - WIDE SPAN SHEDS MOBILE PACE
Trainer G Turner advised Stewards on 11 June that SIR MONTY has undergone blood tests and an endoscopic examination following its last start with no abnormalities being detected. Mr Turner added that he would continue with the gelding's current preparation.
Race 9 - RAKAIA SEED CLEANING NZ SAPLING STAKES (MOBILE PACE)
Following an Appeal hearing on 13 June regarding the penalty imposed on driver N Williamson (SIMPLY AMAZING) for admitting a breach of Rule 869(2) and the Whip and Rein Regulations, the Appeals Tribunal dismissed the Appeal and upheld the original penalty of a five day suspension. Due to Mr Williamson having already served two days of this suspension before being granted a stay of proceedings, the remaining three days will be served after the completion of racing on 13 June up to and including 22 June 2025.

NORMIE STEAD - locked wheels with HE'S TOUGH in the middle stages of the score up.
HE'S TOUGH - locked wheels with NORMIE STEAD in the middle stages of the score up. Had difficulty obtaining clear racing room throughout the run home.
HOPE FOR LOVE - over-raced middle stages.
SARGENT BEST - lay inwards late in the run home having to be straightened.
STUBING - briefly paced roughly passing the 1650m.
ALMIGHTY CLEVER - hung inwards in the score up and was out of position at the candy pole. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
MOTOR MOUTH - out of position at the candy pole despite the efforts of driver C Sharpe. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Over-raced when being restrained in the early stages.
GLIDING HIGH - started wider than its correct barrier position on the second row. Held up early in the run home. Stewards questioned driver A Edge regarding his starting position. Mr Edge explained that the runners ahead of him had locked wheels in the score up which resulted in him shifting wider. After viewing the replays and considering his explanation, Mr Edge was advised to make a greater effort to be in his allocated barrier position at the start in future.

STICKIFINGERS - lay inwards rounding the final bend when weakening striking several track markers.
EBURY STREET - over-raced middle stages. Weakened from the 600m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a slow recovery. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.

SAMVASA - over-raced middle stages.
ROCKINGOOD - trainer B Hill was issued a warning for presenting the gelding to race without the notified removable deafeners.
DESTINY DANCE - raced wide early. Checked and broke near the 750m losing ground.
KOTARE KELSO - broke in the score up however was in position at the start. Over-raced middle stages. Paced roughly rounding the final bend.
I'M ROCKIN - hampered by a breaking runner near the 750m.
MATAI HARRY - hampered by a breaking runner near the 750m.
WUHAN - over-raced middle stages. Lay inwards final bend striking a track marker.
DOCTOR TIM - weakened final bend.
MY FRIEND LOUIE - broke passing the 750m checking and hampering trailing runners losing all chance. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming.

CORMORAN STRIKE - broke after 100m losing considerable ground.

JIMMY CARTER - hampered by a breaking runner after 150m. Driver J Morrison was issued a warning for striking and racing inside a track marker rounding the final bend when activating gear. When assessing this, Stewards were satisfied the horse had not gained any advantage.
Race 5   BRECKON FARMS LOT 1081 NZB WEANLING SALE HANDICAP PACE
AMASS - broke at the start losing ground. Broke again racing into the first bend losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
SKY ROCKET - fractious prior to the start. Broke at the start losing ground.
MIKI KNOWS - fractious prior to the start. Began awkwardly.
DA VINCI - broke at the start losing ground. When questioned regarding the tactics adopted during the running, trainer/driver C Ferguson advised that the gelding is best driven for one run and is not suited to working during the running. Mr Ferguson further explained that he shifted outwards near the 700m in an attempt to secure a trail into the race. However, when this did not eventuate, he was left to improve wide from the rear of the field rounding the final bend. He added that he was not overly disappointed with the performance, considering the closing sectionals. Stewards noted Mr Ferguson's comments.
Race 6   SPORT NATION MOBILE PACE
SHAKE A LEG - trainer S Reid was issued a warning for being late to notify the gelding would be racing without the notified removable deafeners.
GATECRASHER - hampered by a weakening runner near the 600m.
JACK TAR - raced three wide from the 1300m. Weakened from the 600m hampering a trailing runner. Connections advised they will have blood tests taken from the gelding in the coming days and Stewards will follow up the results.
Race 7   PASCOES THE JEWELLERS 3YO WINTER STAKES (MOBILE PACE)
ALWAYS BE BATMAN - lay inwards on several occasions throughout the running.
ALWAYS DREAMING - lay inwards near the 150m having to be straightened.
BAR LOUIE - driver T Williams advised he did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
MIKI FLYBYE - raced wide early. Lay outwards near the 100m having to be straightened by driver B Orange.
Race 8   COMMODORE HOTEL 'FOR ALL YOUR ACCOMMODATION NEEDS' TROT
TARRAGINDI - driver N Williamson advised he did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
THE MERC - broke at the start hampering a trailing runner losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
MAJOR DOOSIE - hampered by a breaking runner at the start. Again hampered by a breaking runner near the 1050m.
LINDY'S ROCKET - broke shortly after the start losing ground. Weakened final bend.
KASHANOVA - broke briefly passing the 1050m hampering a trailing runner.

OMBRE SHARD - broke shortly after the start hampering a trailing runner losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.
BEAUTIFUL CRAZY - hampered by an easing of the pace near the 1000m.
CARRERA VAMOS - hampered by an easing of the pace near the 1000m.
STYLISH LUSTRE - briefly placed in restricted room entering the first bend. Over-raced middle stages. Hampered by a weakening runner final bend.
SHE'S CRUNCHY - attempted to ease approaching the 1000m resulting in an easing of the pace hampering trailing runners. Driver N Williamson advised the filly had raced greenly on several occasions when objecting to the water on the inside of the track. A warning was placed on the racing record of the filly.
SCOTLYNN FORTRESS - hampered by an easing of the pace near the 1000m.
ULTURA - lay inwards entering the first bend briefly placing an inside runner in restricted room.
CRACKLE N CRUNCH - shifted outwards near the 650m and raced greenly for a short distance. Placed in restricted room momentarily near the 500m when an outside runner lay inwards.
ULTIMATE GUINNESS - hampered by a weakening runner rounding the final bend and lay outwards and was awkwardly placed to the inside of the improving DANCING N HEAVEN. Returned to the assembly area with blood present in its mouth. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a minor abrasion.
OHOKA COBRA -hampered by a breaking runner shortly after the start. Raced wide from the 800m. Lay inwards near the 500m placing an inside runner in restricted room.
LEXINGTON QUEEN - raced wide for a short distance passing the 1300m. Weakened final bend hampering trailing runners.
DELIGHTED - hampered and broke near the 1000m after an easing of the pace losing all chance.
DANCING N HEAVEN - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver J Morrison. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Raced wide from the 700m.
Race 10   YABBY DAM FARMS AT NZB WEANLING SALE 26 JUNE TROT
There was a delay to the start when BROTHER LOVE was fractious and breasted the barrier strand despite the efforts of driver G Smith with all runners being turned out of line. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
SILVESTER - broke rounding the first bend losing considerable ground.
CROWN THE MOMENT - broke at the start losing all chance.
BARRYTOWN - hampered by a weakening runner final bend
PADDY MCDADDY - weakened rounding the final bend hampering trailing runners. When questioned regarding the performance driver J Dunn advised he was disappointed with the effort. Connections advised they will have blood tests taken from the gelding in the coming days and Stewards will follow up the results.
BROTHER LOVE - driver G Smith was issued a warning for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
BRIAN BEATT - hampered by a weakening runner final bend.
THE ROYAL GAMBLE - trainer F Fletcher was issued a warning for presenting the gelding to race with the incorrect saddlecloth number.
