| Amateur driver C Negus (assisted by B Negus) defended a charge under Rule 868(2) alleging she failed to take all reasonable and permissible measures to obtain the best possible position and finishing place when electing not to shift FOVEAUX GAMBLER wider on the track passing the 1200m to obtain the one one position. After viewing the replays and hearing from all parties the Adjudicative Committee dismissed the charge. |

Mr Thornley (assisted by K Barron) defended the charge and after viewing the replays and hearing evidence from all parties, the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and Mr Thornley's driver's licence was suspended from the conclusion of racing on 25 April up to and including 30 April 2025 (2 days). | |
