Race 7 - FULTON HOGAN LTD MOBILE TROT
Driver G O'Reilly (KD ROYALTY) admitted a breach of Rule 869(4)(6)(b)(c) in that he shifted outwards near the 1100m forcing BUFFY NORTHSTAINS wider on the track. After hearing submissions on penalty, the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $200.

Race 9 - FAHEY FENCE HIRE MOBILE PACE
Stewards have concluded an investigation into the reason WRIGGLES RUFUS was placed in restricted room near the 150m and struck several track markers. After considering evidence from drivers B Orange (JAZZY STYX), T Chmiel (U R THE ONE), J Dunn (OPO) and W House (WRIGGLES RUFUS) and viewing all available video replays, Stewards were unable to apportion full blame on any one horse or driver and took the matter no further. Notwithstanding this Mr Orange and Mr House were spoken to advisedly regarding their obligations when in similar circumstances.
Driver R Close (HILDA MAUD) admitted a breach of Rule 869(2) and the Whip and Rein Regulations in that he used his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home. After viewing replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $500.
Race 10 - GOLD BAND TAXIS MOBILE PACE
Trainer T Yesberg advised Stewards on 19 August that MAJOR PERFORMER has been treated for muscle tie up since last racing and been sent for a spell.

Race 1   IRT. YOUR HORSE. OUR PASSION. MOBILE PACE
REVOLUTION - broke early in the score up however was in position at the start. Over-raced middle stages. Weakened final bend. Driver C DeFilippi was warned for using his whip on a runner out of contention and free of the rein on one occasion in the run home. When questioned regarding the performance Mr DeFilippi advised the gelding had raced keenly from the mobile with the effort taking its toll over the concluding stages. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a slow recovery. Connections advised they will have blood tests taken from the gelding in the coming days and Stewards will follow up the results.
MELTON ENFORCER - hung outwards and paced roughly near the 800m.
JAY R TOLKIEN - over-raced rounding the first bend before breaking near the 1500m losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
TREASURE COVE - hung outwards rounding the final bend causing driver T Williams some difficulty.
Race 2   VISIT CANTERBURY GOURMET CHICKEN, 347 HILLS ROAD MOBILE PACE
KEEPING IT KIWI - crowded by an outside runner late in the run home and had to be restrained.
BRONSON - driver B Butt admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly late in the run home when shifting inwards crowding JACK TAR and KEEPING IT KIWI which had to be restrained. After viewing the replays and hearing penalty submissions the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $500. Mr Butt was also warned for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion early in the run home.
JACK TAR - crowded by an outside runner late in the run home and had to be restrained.
DOUBLE JEOPARDY - held up leaving the final bend and throughout the run home. Driver T Williams was warned for the manner he drove near the 300m when attempting to shift outwards when not having a sufficient advantage over an outside runner.

PAIGE - trotted roughly in the run home.
THE ROYAL GAMBLE - broke shortly after the start losing ground.
BONNIE BAGRIE - broke at the start losing considerable ground.
A FINE PATRICK - trotted roughly early stages. Again trotted roughly in the run home.
IT'S SO EASY - held up early in the run home.
CONFESSIONAL - hampered by a Starter's Assistant at the start and broke shortly after losing all chance. Declared a non-runner by Stewards under Rule 213(1)(j) after being denied a fair start.
TYRON EROS - broke shortly after the start losing ground. Trotted roughly throughout the run home. Authorisation of 4th placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied the gelding had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation in the early stages.

DELIGHTFUL PEG - broke shortly after the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. The connections advised the filly had cast a shoe while in a break.
MYTHICAL - paced roughly through the middle stages.
MYSTIC MAGIC - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver J Cox. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.
SANDY SHORE - hung outwards late in the score up crowding an outside runner. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.
MANDALA - crowded by an inside runner just prior to the start having to be steadied.
LOURETTA - paced roughly final bend.

RUBY TUESDAY - fractious prior to the start requiring assistance from a Starting Attendant. Placed on the unruly for future mobile starts. Weakened final bend and struck track markers. Driver C Ferguson was issued a warning.
MISTY BLUE - paced roughly as the start was effected. Held up by a weakening runner final bend.
WOODLEA DIAMOND - weakened from the 600m. When questioned regarding the performance the connections advised the filly had over-raced early and was not suited to racing parked. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
HOO HAA - held up rounding the final bend and in the early and middle stages of the run home.
ARDEN'S MEMORY - raced wide early.
LILAC LUXURY - the side carrier strap came adrift during the running. Trainer D Taylor was issued a $100 Minor Infringement Notice.
MELODY BANNER - raced wide early.
ANYTIME AT ALL - over-raced middle stages.
Race 6   XCM-BASIL DEAN TROTTING FREE-FOR-ALL (MOBILE TROT)
GOLD BULLION - trotted roughly shortly after the start having to be steadied. Again trotted roughly in the run home and was unable to be driven out. Driver B Butt advised he did not activate the removable deafeners in consequence.
MIGHTY LOGAN - lay outwards in the run home.
SUNNYS SISTER - trotted roughly late in the run home having to be steadied.
AARDIEBYTHEHILL - switched to a pace in the score up before breaking and losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.

DALTON SHARD - tangled away.
BOUDICA - weakened final bend.
JIMMYRAY - broke at the start checking an inside runner losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Weakened leaving the final bend.
BLACK MACH - weakened leaving the final bend.
MACANDREW AVIATOR - checked at the start. Raced wide early.
FRANCO SINATRA - checked and broke at the start losing ground.
SMOKE ON THE WATER - shifted inwards abruptly at the start checking inside runners. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Raced wide early. Held up final bend and early in the run home.
ANYTHING GOES - checked by a breaking runner at the start. Held up by a weakening runner final bend.
WHO'S DELIGHT - hung inwards rounding the final bend when attempting to improve wide on the track.
LAVER - broke at the start losing ground.
MIGHTY LOOEE - checked by a breaking runner shortly after the start. Held up final bend and early in the run home.
Race 8   COMMODORE HOTEL FOR YOUR CUP WEEK ACCOMMODATION MOBILE PACE
KOWHAI NUGGET - hung inwards final bend when being shifted wider on the track by an inside runner causing driver B Hope some difficulty with a trailing runner being hampered.
DANCE TILL DAWN - hampered rounding the final bend.
TIDE AND TIME - over-raced throughout.
Race 9   CONTINENTAL EVENT HIRE TROT
The start was delayed due to OLIVER and KINK charging the barrier strand.
OLIVER - driver J Curtin was issued a $200 Minor Infringement Notice for delaying the start. Over-raced throughout. Trotted roughly in the run home when held up for clear racing room.
KINK - driver P Davis was issued a $200 Minor Infringement Notice for delaying the start. Broke near the 900m hampering a trailing runner losing all chance.
BUFFY NORTHSTAINS - hampered by a breaking runner near the 900m.
PARIS PRINCE - broke at the start losing ground.
ONE OVER DA LINE - when questioned regarding the performance driver J Dunn advised in his opinion the gelding had failed to back up from its previous start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

SARGENT BEST - held up for clear racing room until late in the run home.
