Mr Morrison was also warned for failing to concede his position at the earliest opportunity when being shifted wider on the track by an inside runner passing the 800m. Mr Morrison was further spoken to advisedly for the manner in which he urged his runner with the reins in the run home. | |

A post-race veterinary examination revealed lameness and superficial grazes on the left hind leg. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance prior to completing one trial to the satisfaction of Stewards before resuming. Mr Dunn was examined by St John personnel and cleared to fulfil his remaining driving engagements. |
