NOBILO - broke near the 600m losing ground. Broke again near the 200m losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
FRAZZLED - broke after 100m losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.

RUSH - broke near the 100m losing its chance.
WHAT THE BELL - raced wide early. When questioned regarding the performance driver S Ottley advised the gelding had been unsuited to racing parked.
PASTERNAK - broke after 100m losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
KRACKALING - late scratching at 12.00pm on Veterinary advice. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance prior to resuming.

SUNNY LOUIS - broke as the start was effected losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the horse.

TABASCO - held up throughout the run home.
SHARDS MATRIX - hampered near the 850m. Held up rounding the final bend.
FRANCO HOFFMAN - held up early in the run home.
PICCADILLY PETE - when questioned regarding the performance driver Z Butcher advised the gelding had received mid-race pressure which had taken its toll over the final stages.
OFF THE EDGE - raced wide early. Held up early in the run home. Driver J Cox advised he did not activate the removable deafeners in consequence.
HARRISON - raced wide early. Shifted outwards near the 850m and locked wheels with DESTINY DANCE (S Ottley) checking and hampering trailing runners. Driver J Morrison defended a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) alleging he drove carelessly when shifting outwards abruptly locking wheels with DESTINY DANCE causing interference to SHARDS MATRIX and THE REAL MCCOY. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Mr Morrison and Stewards, the Adjudicative Committee upheld the charge and Mr Morrison's driver's licence was suspended from the conclusion of racing on 23 May up to and including 2 June 2024 (3 days). Held up throughout the run home.
DESTINY DANCE - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver S Ottley. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Raced wide from the 1400m. Locked wheels with HARRISON which shifted outwards near the 850m and raced four wide thereafter.
WOTSONYAMIND - raced wide early. Held up early in the run home.
THE REAL MCCOY - checked and broke near the 850m losing all chance.
INDIANA ARDEN - raced wide from the 1400m.
TEDS LEGACY - raced wide early.

ACTION MAJOR - held up momentarily near the 100m having to be steadied.
WOODLEA JEWEL - over-raced middle stages. When questioned regarding the performance driver Z Butcher advised the mare had been unable to make up ground after racing wide around the final bend.

HEISENBERG - raced wide early.
FRANCO SINATRA - raced wide early and middle stages until reaching the parked position near the 700m. Placed in restricted room near the 350m.
MIRACULOUS - raced in the parked position from the 1300m and weakened near the 500m. When questioned regarding the performance trainer/driver N Williamson advised he was disappointed with the effort and would give consideration to sending the gelding for a spell.
TAKEITOUT - raced wide early. Lay inwards near the 350m placing an inside runner in restricted room.
Race 5   GARRARDS SIRES' STAKES SERIES No 40 3YO C&G FINAL (MOB PACE)
COLD CHISEL - briefly hampered near the 200m. Lay outwards just prior to the finish line and was momentarily placed in restricted room.
DONTTELLTHEBOYS - hung inwards rounding the final bend striking several track markers.
HADRON COLLIDER - lay inwards near the 200m having to be straightened resulting in COLD CHISEL being hampered momentarily.
CHASE A DREAM - raced wide early.
DREAMS ARE FREE - raced wide from the 700m. Trainer/driver N Williamson advised the colt would be freshened prior to resuming.
Stewards spoke to the mobile driver regarding the positioning of the mobile during the score up of this race.
Race 6   MOORE WALKER DAVEY SEARELLS HANDICAP TROT
CODY BANNER - broke near the 120m and settled near the 60m. Stewards lodged a protest against 4th placing being awarded under Rule 870(3) and the Breaking Horses Regulation alleging the gelding had broken in excess of 50m inside the final 200m. After viewing the replays driver M Williamson did not contest the protest and CODY BANNER was disqualified by the Stewards. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
ANDY HALL - broke near the 2100m losing all chance.
MIGHTY LOGAN - broke briefly at the start losing ground. Briefly placed in restricted room rounding the final bend.

When questioned regarding the performance driver N Rasmussen advised the gelding had raced lethargically throughout and consideration would be given to sending the horse for a spell. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a slow recovery. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
Race 8   HARAS des TROTTEURS HEATHER WILLIAMS MEMORIAL (MOBILE TROT)
MUSCLE SASS - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver S O'Reilly. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Held up passing the 150m.
MARTHA STUART - lay inwards and struck track markers rounding the first bend.
T K MEGASTAR - broke over the concluding stages.
TI AMO BELLE - hampered by a breaking runner near the 400m.
GALWAY GIRL - lay outwards over the concluding stages. Driver C Thornley advised he did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered and that he would be recommending gear changes prior to the mare racing next.
I DREAM OF JEANNIE - broke racing into the first bend losing ground.
SUNNYS SISTER - out of position at the candy pole when trotting roughly. Broke after 100m losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
JULIE JACCKA - hampered by a breaking runner near the 400m.
SHEZA GIFT - broke near the 400m hampering trailing runners losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the mare.

Top
