Race 1   CRATE & BARREL LEESTON TROT
There was a delay to the start after STAR INVASION became fractious and shifted down the track with the field being turned away to readdress the barriers.
SAXON REIGNS - stood on the mark as the start was effected. Broke over the concluding stages.
STAR INVASION - stood on the mark as the start was effected then broke losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
BEVRON - broke passing the 1750m losing ground.
MONKEYCMONKEYDOO - slow away.
HOOFN IT - over-raced middle stages.
Race 2   RANUI HOUSE MOBILE PACE
SWEETAZZ - near side hopple broke near the 250m, with the gelding breaking shortly after, checking a trailing runner. This gear was inspected and found to be in previously good condition.
MIDNIGHT BABE - broke briefly near the 1800m losing ground when an outside runner shifted inwards.
MY SKATJIE - shifted inwards near the 1800m placing MIDNIGHT BABE in restricted room which broke briefly. Driver C Markham was warned for the manner in which he drove in this incident.
COSMIC STAR - raced wide early.
MAID OF THE MOUNTAIN - out of position at the start.
WESTBURN ABBY - paced roughly racing into the first bend. Held up leaving the final bend.
MIDSUMMER DREAMING - held up leaving the final bend.
LAY ON MACDUFF - over-raced middle stages. Checked near the 250m and broke unbalancing driver S Thornley who was dislodged from the sulky. Mr Thornley was examined by St John Ambulance staff and cleared to fulfil his remaining driving engagements.
ITZ ALL FIRED UP - connections advised the gelding would be racing without front shoes. Raced three wide without cover from the 1000m.
Race 3   JULIA & STEVIE GOLDING AT HARCOURTS MOBILE PACE
GIRLSHAVTIME - trainer B Weaver advised the mare would be racing in season.
WISHFUL THINKING - raced wide early. Held up throughout the run home.
POST PAINTER - late scratching at 9.50am on Veterinary advice.
BAILEYS BAY - held up for clear racing room until late in the run home.
SHINE ALL OVER ME - raced wide early.

MISTER BLUE SKY - held up early in the run home.
NOT REALLY BLONDE - held up early and middle stages of the run home.

TANGANYIKA - raced wide until reaching the parked position near the 900m.

TIMBIMBOO - over-raced middle stages. Driver R Close reported that the gelding had paced roughly and had over-raced on several occasions throughout which may have taken its toll.
BONO BROWN - over-raced middle stages.
NED KELLY - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the early and middle stages of the run home. Cleared from the unruly for future mobile starts.
Race 5   GAVELHOUSE.COM STANDARDBRED TROT
NOAH MAGNIFIC - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room until the final 100m.
HIGH NOON - trotted roughly before breaking shortly after the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Placed on the unruly for future standing starts at the request of trainer P Nairn.
GEORGE ELIOT - Stewards questioned driver T Grant regarding his apparent lack of vigour in the run home and after hearing his explanation Stewards issued a charge under Rule 868(2) alleging that he failed to take all reasonable and permissible measures to obtain the best possible finishing place by failing to show sufficient vigour in the run home. Mr Grant advised he would be defending the charge and the hearing was adjourned sine die by the Adjudicative Committee.
SILVERLININGS - raced wide early.
MAKE MY DAY - broke shortly after the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
MAJESTIC WHISPER - cleared from the unruly for future standing starts
Race 6   SAM THORNLEY / WILSON HOUSE (JUNIOR DRIVERS) PACE
STRAIGHT FLUSH - fractious prior to the start causing a slight delay. Broke at the start losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
ARCHIE - placed in restricted room over the concluding stages when an outside runner shifted inwards.
EDDIE JAMES - raced wide early.
INTERPOL - over-raced middle stages.
THE FINISHER - shifted inwards near the 100m placing an inside runner in restricted room.
HES FAST AND FURIOUS - fractious prior to the start.

VRILO - held up early stages of the run home.
BETTOR REACTION - shifted outwards under pressure leaving the final bend having to be straightened by driver T Chmiel.
BEEPS - held up early and middle stages of the run home.
DULCINEA - raced wide early.
KILLINCHY KID - co-trainers G & J Dunn were warned for presenting the mare to race with sliding blinds instead of the notified blinds.
THE BETTOR MAJOR - slow through the middle stages and lost contact with the body of the field. Driver M Williamson reported the gelding had paced roughly through the early stages.
LOUIS - hampered near the 250m when an inside runner shifted outwards.
Race 8   JONTY'S JOURNEY MOBILE PACE
FRANCO TIM - driver C Thornley was issued with a warning for the manner in which he used his whip early in the run home.
JUDINE - raced wide early.
MOUTON CADET - broke racing into the first bend losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
FRANCO HUMBIE - hampered by a breaking runner near the 250m.
PENNY WEIGHT - hung outwards despite the efforts of driver J Cox and contacted the sulky wheel of SPIRITUAL BLISS near the 250m then broke hampering a trailing runner. Mr Cox advised the mare had been striking a knee during the running. A warning was placed on the racing record of the mare.
IZACHEAPEE - raced wide early stages.
Race 9   McARTHUR RIDGE WINES LTD TROT
MUSCLYNN - held up for clear racing room in the run home. Driver P Wakelin reported that she did not active the removable deafeners in consequence.
TRANSTASMAN BUBBLE - broke shortly after the start losing all chance.
WESTAR MILLY - held up throughout the run home. Driver B Hope reported that he did not activate the removable deafeners in consequence.
JASPRIT TROUBLE - broke at the start losing ground. Authorisation of 1st placing was withheld until Stewards confirmed the gelding had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation.
TAKE AFTER ME - lay outwards under pressure over the concluding stages.
THE ROYAL GAMBLE - broke at the start losing ground. Held up for clear racing room in the run home.
MOSES - broke near the 250m losing its chance.
GINAS MAJESTY - driver I Cameron will be spoken to in the coming days regarding the manner in which he drove near the 1800m when crowding an inside runner which broke.
AARDIE'S PEAK - crowded by and outside runner and broke near the 1800m losing considerable ground. Held up middle stages of the run home.

DENNIS DENUTO - over-raced middle stages. Held up early and middle stages of the run home.

JOVIAL JAY - lay outwards and broke late in the score up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.

ASIAN ELVIS - trainer D Mitchell was warned for presenting the gelding to race without the notified blinds. Raced three wide from the 1100m.
