RAKNRUIN - Trainer C Barron advised on 26 March the veterinary examination conducted on the filly following its most recent start had failed to detect any obvious abnormalities. Mr Barron further advised the filly had been working well following a recent workout.

Trainer R Todd advised Stewards on 26 March that he elected not to have blood tests conducted on HERB as the gelding had recovered well and has pleased in training since, in preparation for racing this Thursday at Wyndham.

PRACTICAL MAGIC - trotted roughly over the concluding stages.
HAYLEY MHOR - fractious prior to the start. Broke shortly after the start losing ground. Weakened from the 900m.
WEE WESTY - broke shortly after the start losing all chance. Placed on the unruly for future standing starts.
ROCK LOBSTER - fractious prior to the start. Broke shortly after the start losing all chance.
LYCA BAT OUT OF HILL -trotted roughly over the early stages.
IMPERIAL COMMAND - broke at the start losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.

KILLINCHY KID - held up final bend and early in the run home.
MACH MAJOR - trainer P Kerr was issued a warning for failing to have mudguards affixed to his sulky. Hung inwards rounding the first bend.
GEM N EM - trainer J Howe was issued a warning for failing to have mudguards affixed to his sulky. Weakened in the run home.
DESTINY DANCE - slow to leave the pre-race formation and was back from the unruly position at the start. Raced greenly near the 900m having to be steadied. Paced roughly over the concluding stages.
Race 3   WOODLANDS STUD SUPPORTING OUR FUTURE 2YO FILLIES MOBILE PACE
DELIGHTFUL PEG - locked sulky stays with SPICEY CRUNCH over the concluding stages before breaking after runners either side had shifted ground.
FOREVER DREAM - held up final bend.
SPICEY CRUNCH - lay outwards over the concluding stages despite the efforts of driver T Williams and locked sulky stays with DELIGHTFUL PEG causing this runner to break. A warning was placed on the racing record of the filly. Connections advised they will be considering gear changes prior to racing next.
WOODLEA ROCKS - broke early in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.
WINELIGHT - lay inwards near the 600m and became awkwardly placed close to the sulky of GENERAL JEN. Lay inwards marginally over the concluding stages despite the efforts of driver J Morrison.
ALLETS - weakened leaving the final bend. A post-race veterinary and endoscopic examination at the request of connections revealed the early signs of a respiratory infection which will be treated accordingly.
Race 4   BRECKON FARMS MOBILE PACE
FAST ACE - broke in the score up hampering a trailing runner and losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Placed on the unruly for future mobile starts at the request of trainer R Cameron.
PRIDES CONTESSA - broke in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Raced wide from the 700m. Weakened final bend.
BETTOR REACTION - raced wide early.
STRIKE ME HANDSOME - raced keenly at various stages throughout causing driver T Williams some difficulty.
KILAUEA - hampered in the score up however was in position at the start. Held up final bend. Paced roughly over the concluding stages. Driver S Ottley was spoken to advisedly for the manner in which she restrained her runner after the winning post.
Race 5   THE BOX SEAT ON EVERY WEDNESDAY PACE
AMERICAN SNIPER - over-raced middle stages.
STYLE COUNCIL - driver K Cameron was questioned regarding the manner in which he drove near the 2100m when shifting inwards to a position four back on the fence. Mr Cameron advised that after initially shifting outwards he was concerned that he would be left to race parked when MICHAEL EYRE was attempting to shift inwards when racing in the parked position. After viewing the replays and hearing Mr Cameron's explanation, Stewards were satisfied that his actions were not unreasonable.
SPIRITED LOU - began awkwardly.
MICHAEL EYRE - crowded shortly after the start unbalancing driver C Dalgety.
PLAYING WITH STARS - when questioned regarding the performance driver B Orange advised the mare was unsuited by the tempo of the race.
BETTER FLY - connections advised the mare would be racing in season.
MELANDO CHIEF - began awkwardly and attempted to buck. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
Race 6   MAGNESS BENROW SIRES' STAKES 3YO FILLIES HEAT 1 MOBILE PACE
ULTIMATE SEISATION - raced roughly rounding the final bend.
Race 7   K B ELECTRICS TROT
GRANNY ROSE - trainer M Williamson was issued a warning for failing to have mudguards affixed to his sulky. Broke at the start losing ground. Authorisation of 3rd placing was withheld until Stewards confirmed the gelding had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation in the early stages.
BRIANNA - trainer D McCormick was issued a warning for failing to have mudguards affixed to his sulky. Broke at the start losing ground. A final warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Authorisation of 4th placing was withheld until Stewards confirmed the mare had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation in the early stages.
QUIK BARBIE - broke at the start and shifted outwards hampering trailing runners and losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
LUCINDA HEST - broke shortly after the start losing all chance. Driver B Orange reported after being able to get the mare back into its gait it had trotted roughly for a distance and was then retired from the race. Trainer A Faulks advised he will have the horse examined by his Veterinarian in the coming days and Stewards will follow up the results.
WAIHEMO HANNAH - hampered by a breaking runner at the start.
MAJESTIC WHISPER - hampered by a breaking runner at the start.
Race 8   GOLD BAND TAXIS MOBILE PACE
BEEPS - trainer A Mugford was issued a warning for failing to have mudguards affixed to her sulky. Lay inwards rounding the final bend. Held up early in the run home. Driver A Mugford advised that the gelding had been difficult to steer and that the removable deafeners were not activated in consequence.
PHILADELPHIA FILLY - held up early in the run home. Lay inwards over the concluding stages.
KING ARTHUR - weakened final bend.
KRYSTAL DELIGHT - over-raced when being restrained to the rear of the field in the early stages.
