After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Cameron's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 10 March up to and including 20 March 2024 (3 days). | |

REGAL SIERRA - broke at the start losing ground. Held up final bend and early in the run home. Broke near the 175m after being crowded by WAIHEMO HANNAH losing all chance. Stewards questioned drivers B Orange (REGAL SIERRA) and G O'Reilly (WAIHEMO HANNAH) regarding this incident. After viewing the replays and hearing from both drivers it was established that WAIHEMO HANNAH had hung outwards despite the efforts of Mr O'Reilly and made contact with REGAL SIERRA resulting in that horse breaking. After considering the matter, Stewards placed a warning on the racing record of WAIHEMO HANNAH. | |
