GLANCE - broke at the start losing all chance.
KERRALLY - weakened from the 600m.
POLARISED - began awkwardly. Weakened from the 1600m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. A warning was placed on the racing performance of the mare. Trainer/driver G Craw advised it was his intention to retire the mare.
TRANSTASMAN BUBBLE - trotted roughly for a distance rounding the first bend.

MAJOR DISRUPTION - hung inwards on several occasions during the running.

CAPTAIN FANTASTIC - lay outwards rounding the final bend despite the efforts of driver G O'Reilly.

Race 4   FULTON HOGAN LTD MOBILE PACE
ST JOHN EIGHT - when questioned regarding the performance driver G O'Reilly was unable to provide any tangible explanation. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
POST PAINTER - when questioned regarding the performance trainer/driver R Close advised he was not disappointed and the filly will derive benefit from its first up run. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
Race 5   ALLENTON PHARMACY TEAM TEAL MOBILE TROT
REGAL SIERRA - trotted roughly in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Placed in restricted room by an outside runner racing into the first bend and had to be steadied.
BUFFY NORTHSTAINS - held up early in the run home.
MM SUNSHINE - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver O Thornley. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Placed in restricted room by an outside runner racing into the first bend and had to be steadied.
ALDEBARAN FLOSS - trainer M Swain advised the mare would be racing in foal. Driver S Ottley reported she did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
GALLEONS AMBASSADOR - shifted inwards racing into the first bend placing inside runners in restricted room momentarily. Driver A Lethaby was issued a warning. Broke near the 300m losing its chance.
AROHA KENNY - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver K Tomlinson. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
NOAH MAGNIFIC - removed from the unruly for future mobile starts.

BRYCE'S MEDDLE - broke briefly at the start. Placed in restricted room by an outside runner near the 50m.
TACT MCLEOD - broke shortly after the start losing ground.
HEZA SPORT - raced wide early.
KISS THE GIRLS - broke at the start losing ground.
SMOKE ON THE WATER - lay inwards near the 50m placing DALTON SHARD and BRYCE'S MEDDLE in restricted room despite the efforts of driver S Ottley having to be steadied. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
DALTON SHARD - placed in restricted room by an outside runner near the 50m.
JIMMY JAMES MAGUIRE - broke briefly at the start. When questioned regarding the performance driver R May advised the gelding had been unsuited to the tempo of the race when racing back in the field after starting from a 20m handicap and further adding to the handicap when breaking at the start and considering this he was not overly disappointed with the effort.
Race 7   STEPHEN PARKINSON ORTHOPAEDIC HANDICAP PACE
JUSTA DIVA - shifted outwards at the start. Raced greenly near the 1700m when leading hampering trailing runners.
A DANCING ROCKA - dislodged its deafeners prior to the start which were unable to be refitted. Shied at the start and broke hampering a trailing runner losing all chance.
DOCTOR TIM - broke shortly after the start losing ground.
TEMPO WARRIOR - broke briefly at the start losing ground.
HE'S A BAY - hampered near the 1700m.
ULTIMATE COUNSEL - hampered near the 1700m.
BLUE ROCK DANCER - late scratching at 5.50pm on 23 February on Veterinary advice.
GOD OF THUNDER - lay inwards in the early stages of the run home and paced roughly near the 200m.

Race 8   CCAS SECOND WIND MOBILE PACE
ROCKNROLL DIVA - hampered near the 650m.
STRAIGHT FLUSH - locked sulky stays with the weakening HEY TONIGHT passing the 650m and lost all chance.
SZYBKA LANE - driver J Dunn advised the sliding blinds were not activated due to having the field covered.
IZACHEAPEE - raced wide early.
MAJOR HAPPY - shifted inwards near the 2100m hampering an inside runner which was in the process of conceding a position and had to be steadied. Junior driver K Newman, who declined assistance from a senior driver, was shown the replays and warned for the manner in which he shifted ground. Hampered near the 650m. Paced roughly over the concluding stages.
SWEET SPIRIT - hampered near the 650m.
EDDIE JAMES - hampered by an outside runner near the 2100m and had to be steadied. Again hampered near the 650m.
HEY TONIGHT - weakened passing the 650m and hung inwards and locked sulky stays with STRAIGHT FLUSH with both runners losing all chance hampering trailing runners. A warning was placed on the racing record of the mare. When questioned regarding the performance driver S Thornley advised the horse had locked on one rein. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
Race 9   TAITS ROAD MOBILE TROT
Starter R Donnelly was questioned regarding the speed of the mobile in the score up. Mr Donnelly advised that he was concerned with second line runners being hampered early in the score up so elected not to increase the speed until the middle stages with all runners being in position at the start.
PRINCE RANIER - broke passing the 150m hampering and checking trailing runners losing its chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
PATRICK SWAYZE - trotted roughly in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
SILVERLININGS - swung around in the score up however was in position at the start. Trotted roughly in the run home. Broke near the 150m losing its chance.
MISS YO - slow to leave the pre-race circle which resulted in several runners on the second line being hampered however all were in position at the start.
ROYAL YANKEE - hampered by a weakening runner near the 400m. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 75m.
TORVI - pre-race warmed. Broke rounding the first bend hampering trailing runners losing ground. Checked by a breaking runner and broke passing the 75m losing its chance.
MUSCLE SASS - hampered by a breaking runner near the 75m. Driver S O'Reilly advised a sulky tyre deflated during the running.
LOVE WALKED IN - pre-race warmed. Hung inwards racing into the first bend striking track markers and was then hampered by a breaking runner. Broke near the 150m hampering trailing runners losing its chance. A final warning was placed on the racing record of the mare.
THE ROYAL GAMBLE - trotted roughly when weakening rounding the final bend hampering a trailing runner. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 75m.
BONNIE BAGRIE - broke at the start losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
Race 10   TERRANOVA RACING SYNDICATE MOBILE PACE
The start of this race was delayed due to debris having to be removed from a section of the track.
A false start was declared when RADIOACTIVE JAFFA broke in the score up checking a runner on the second line. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Driver R Close elected to remain in his allocated barrier position for the restart.
RADIOACTIVE JAFFA - hampered by a breaking runner near the 1200m.
BEEPS - hampered by a breaking runner near the 1200m. Forced to race wide from the 900m.

FOVEAUX GAMBLER - broke passing the 1200m hampering trailing runners losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
KING ARTHUR - raced wide early. Weakened passing the 800m hampering a trailing runner. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days regarding the performance.
FERGALICIOUS - hampered by a breaking runner near the 1200m.
WRIGGLES RUFUS - held up early in the run home.
OPO - hampered by a breaking runner near the 1200m. Lay inwards near the 100m having to be straightened by its driver.
