Junior driver D van Til (assisted by J Dunn) admitted a breach of Rule 868(2) in that she failed to take all reasonable and permissible measures to ensure KNOCKSHANBALLY was given full opportunity to win or obtain the best possible finishing position. After hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Miss van Til's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 26 January up to and including 9 February 2024 (5 days). |
