A random selection of drivers underwent alcohol breath testing today with all providing clear samples. MAUI was re-handicapped in Race 11 today to the Unruly (3) position on 10 metres after winning at the Roxburgh meeting on the 4th January. |

At a reconvened hearing driver B Williamson (TABASCO) defended a charge under Rule 869(3)(f) alleging that he drove improperly near the 1650m when restraining his runner which allowed an outside runner to take up a position in the one out line. After viewing replays and hearing evidence from all parties the Adjudicative Committee reserved their decision. |
