A post-race Veterinary examination revealed LIVY DESMA to have a high heart rate however the mare recovered well. | |

FOREVER ARDEN - broke passing the 1900m losing ground. Paced roughly on various occasions during the running. When questioned regarding the performance Driver R McIlwrick confirmed that the gelding had paced roughly throughout. Cast the near fore plate during the running. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have a slight abrasion to an outside heel, a slow recovery and to be showing signs of nasal discharge. Stewards will follow up with Trainer W Adams in the coming days. |
