Trainer R Holmes advised Stewards on 26 November that blood tests taken from LIGHT OF DA MOON following its last start have revealed no abnormalities and he would continue with the mare's current preparation.

Race 1   JEAN ANDERSON MEMORIAL TROT
ROSE ISLE - trainer B Crothers advised that the mare has had its hocks treated since last racing.
PORTELLI - broke near the 400m losing all chance. Stood down to complete one satisfactory trial prior to resuming.
THE GARDENER'S PRIDE - weakened leaving the final bend.
MOA MOJITO - slow through the early stages.
ONE EL - hung outwards at various stages throughout. Trotted roughly in the run home.
Race 2   LAST MINUTE GIN MOBILE PACE
ROCKCENT - shifted outwards near the 1800m simultaneously to SWEET SPIRIT shifting inwards resulting in contact to the wheel of ROCKCENT which shifted off the rim. Driver S Ottley wished to view the film in relation to lodging a protest against 4th placing being awarded to SWEET SPIRIT. After viewing the films Miss Ottley was satisfied her horse had contributed to this incident and declined to proceed with the protest.
MILEY ACE - paced roughly late in the score up.
SWEET SPIRIT - made contact with a wheel of an inside runner which had shifted outwards near the 1800m and paced roughly. Paced roughly in the run home.
SWEET RAINE - paced roughly and fell near the 50m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed some muscle soreness to the hind legs following the race and was treated. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance prior to completing one satisfactory trial. Driver L O'Reilly was uninjured.
FLOSSY REIGN - hampered by a breaking runner near the 1600m.
I SPY DIAMONDS - trainer J McDermott advised that the filly would be racing in foal. Broke at the start losing ground. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion from a mobile start prior to resuming. Over-raced before breaking near the 1600m hampering a trailing runner losing further ground. Mr McDermott advised he will be making gear changes prior to the filly resuming.
Race 3   CRAYTHORNES HOTEL MOBILE PACE
A false start was declared when DANA DUNDEE was unable to take up its barrier position with a trailing runner being hampered. A warning was placed on the barrier record of DANA DUNDEE.
MONTOYA - shifted outwards and checked a runner to the outside near the 650m. Junior driver D van Til (assisted by J Morrison) admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that she drove carelessly in this incident. After hearing penalty submissions the Adjudicative Committee issued a fine of $400. Held up rounding the final bend.
HARRY BELAFONTE - held up early in the run home. Broke near the 100m losing all chance. Driver R Close advised that the gelding had been striking a knee and will be recommending gear changes.
ELEPHANTINTHEROOM - paced roughly shortly after the start.
JONTY'S BROTHER - raced wide until reaching the parked position near the 1200m. Weakened rounding the final bend.
STRIKE ME HANDSOME - checked and broke briefly near the 650m. Held up early and middle stages of the run home. Driver G Hunt was warned for the manner in which he used his whip in the run home.
DONE ROCKN - trainer S McRae was warned for presenting the gelding to race with removable deafeners and blinds which were not notified. Paced roughly over the concluding stages.
BONO BROWN - held up early in the run home.
Race 4   HUMM CONTRACTING PACE
WOODLEA EXPLORER - paced roughly and broke near the 600m losing ground. Continued to pace roughly in the run home before again breaking near the 150m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed mild lameness to right hind leg. Connections advised the mare would undergo further tests and undertook to notify Stewards of the findings. A warning was placed on the racing record of the mare.
MEGAROCK - held up throughout the run home. Driver G O'Reilly advised that he didn't activate the sliding blinds in
consequence.
NOT REALLY BLONDE - driver R Cameron advised that one hopple shortener failed to activate after becoming entangled.
ON REPORT - held up throughout the run home. Driver S Thornley advised that he didn't activate the removable deafeners in consequence.
APATCHOFGOLD - broke at the start losing ground.
KILAUEA - tangled away. Raced wide early. Driver S Ottley advised that the sulky tyre deflated during the running.
MELANDO CHIEF - raced wide until reaching parked at the 1100m.
Race 5   PRO BUILD ITM ROLLESTON / NELSON PINE TROT
RUTHLESS LIZZIE - broke at the start losing ground.
WHO'S QUEEN - broke after 200m losing ground. Broke again near the 400m losing all chance.
CRAZY N LOVE - weakened leaving the final bend.
HOLLY HIGHLANDER - broke at the start losing ground. Held up early in the run home.
IZIA - broke racing over the crossing near the 1750m losing ground.
MADELEINE STOWE - connections advised that the mare would be racing in foal. Raced wide early.
DIDJABRINGTHEBUBBLES - broke near the 1600m losing ground. Driver K Butt advised that the sulky tyre deflated during the running.
Race 6   PAUL RENWICK JOINERY (JUNIOR DRIVERS) MOBILE PACE
FOVEAUX GAMBLER - hampered by a breaking runner near the 1750m.
TANGANYIKA - hung outwards in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Raced wide without cover from the 1200m.
KNOCKSHANBALLY - broke when racing over the crossing near the 1750m checking trailing runners and was retired from the race. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
WINEMEUP - hampered by a breaking runner near the 1750m.
SOPHIA BROMAC - hampered by a breaking runner near the 1750m. Held up early in the run home.
TACT TEEL - hampered by a breaking runner near the 1750m.
HARRISON - driver C Dalgety advised he was unable to activate the removable deafeners due to the cord becoming entangled.
FIRST ROSE - shifted ground outwards rounding the final bend. Driver K Newman was warned for the manner in which he drove when allowing his runner to shift outwards.

WATCH THAT MAN - hampered by a breaking runner near the 1750m.
MOTOR MOUTH - connections advised that the gelding has been treated for a respiratory infection and also has had its hocks treated.
RUBY'S A DELIGHT - underwent a pre-race veterinary examination after racing the previous day and was passed fit to race. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 1750m. Driver M Holbrough was warned for using her whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
Race 7   MICHAEL WARD MEMORIAL (FILLIES & MARES) MOBILE PACE
EMMA'S DELIGHT - broke in the score up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
HAYLEY'S MEDDLE - raced wide early. Held up early and middle stages of the run home.
JUDINE - broke as the start was effected losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.
SUPERSTAR LEGEND - raced wide without cover from the 800m.
ITZ MAGICAL MEG - paced roughly in the run home.
STRAIGHT FLUSH - raced wide early. Held up early and middle stages of the run home.
SONADORA - over-raced middle stages. Held up rounding the final bend then lay inwards striking a track marker.
TOPAZ - held up early and middle stages of the run home.
JUST FOLLOW ME - broke as the start was effected losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. Held up early in the run home.
Race 8   MOORE WALKER DAVEY SEARELLS ACCOUNTANTS MOBILE PACE
IDEAL CHEVRON - broke near the 450m and shifted inwards checking trailing runners losing all chance. Stood down to complete one satisfactory trial prior to resuming.
SECRET COCKTAIL - trainer M Swain advised that the mare was racing in season. Broke as the start was effected checking a trailing runner losing all chance. Placed on the unruly for future mobile starts.
THE HIGHLANDER - hampered by a breaking runner near the 450m.
TIMES ARE A CHANGIN - hampered by a breaking runner near the 450m.
RHYME N REASON - checked by a breaking runner near the 450m losing all chance.
HES FAST AND FURIOUS - a clip on the outside number detached during the running.

Race 9   MOTUKARARA MUZ MEMORIAL TROT
DD'S SUPER STUART - broke at the start losing ground.
LOOKALIKE LOBELL - over-raced middle stages. Held up early in the run home.
KAWHI - raced wide early.
SPEEDING SPIRIT - broke near the 1400m losing all chance.
NATIVES INFERNO - held up early in the run home.
HELLOVEAMOMENT - broke when racing over the crossing near the 1750m losing ground. Held up early in the run home.
SPELLS OF LOVE - broke near the 650m losing all chance.
BONEY M - broke near the 400m when being shifted wider on the track and then whilst in a break made contact with the sulky of SUNNY LOUIS losing all chance. After hearing from drivers J Stormont and G Hunt, Stewards were satisfied that no one driver was at fault.
Race 10   FIBER FRESH MOBILE PACE
TREMENDOUS LOVER - held up by a weakening runner leaving the final bend. Held up until late in the run home.
KILLINCHY KID - held up by a weakening runner leaving the final bend.
DIVINE ANGEL - raced wide early. Held up by a weakening runner leaving the final bend.
KING ARTHUR - connections advised that the gelding has been treated for a virus. Raced wide early. Weakened leaving the final bend hampering trailing runners.
DARE DEVIL - when questioned regarding the improved performance trainer H Cullen advised the gelding was suited to a drop back in class.
DONEGAL LUTHER - raced wide early.
TANE J J - held up by a weakening runner leaving the final bend. Held up early in the run home.
