CLAASEE - paced roughly over the concluding stages.
LYDAH VALLEY - briefly hampered passing the 150m when an inside runner shifted ground outwards.
CAPTAIN SARAH - over-raced when attempting to shift wider on the track passing the 400m.
LOTTIE'S LUCK - Driver A Milne was advised to exercise greater care when shifting ground near the 150m after briefly hampering an outside runner.
RAKAQUATTRO - raced wide early.
Race 2   SUNFLOWER CAFE / NANA RAILS MOBILE PACE
MYDADTHETERROR - Co-Trainer R Stevens advised the gelding has been treated for a virus since last racing.
TASHS BAD GIRL - Trainer A Kyle advised the mare has been treated for a virus since last racing. Raced wide from the 800m.
Race 3   GOODMAN PLUMBING LTD GOLD CHIP FINAL (HANDICAP TROT)
BILL BOOTIT - broke at the start losing considerable ground. Broke again passing the 90m and continued on in a break across the finish line. Stewards lodged a protest against this runner's 4th placing being awarded under Rule 870(3) and the Breaking Horses Regulation alleging the gelding had broken in excess of 50m inside the final 200m. After viewing the replays Driver M Hurrell did not contest the protest and BILL BOOTIT was disqualified by the Stewards.
MILES AWAY - trotted roughly when weakening in the run home.
KYLE LOCH - Trainer A Kyle advised the gelding has been treated for a virus since last racing. Broke racing into the first bend losing ground. Again broke briefly near the 1900m. Weakened final bend. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
Race 4   LATHER UP AT WOODLANDS STUD MOBILE PACE
MAGNETIC BECKERS - held up early stages of the run home.
AMERICAN MAC - over-raced when being restrained to obtain cover in the early stages. Continued to over-race through the middle stages.
CRAIGSYDE - late scratching on Veterinary advice at 9.29am.
FIREFOREFIDDLE - over-raced when being restrained to obtain cover in the early stages. Continued to over-race through the middle stages.
MATAI HARRY - Trainer A Milne was issued with a warning for being late to notify the gelding would be racing without blinds. Weakened from the 600m. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed the gelding to be lame in the right front leg. Stood down pending a Veterinary clearance prior to resuming.
Race 5   PARAMOUNT MOTEL HANDICAP PACE
SOUTH SEAS ROCK - Trainer T Dewe advised the gelding has had its hocks treated since last racing.
PAY ME SPEEDY - cleared from the Unruly for future standing starts.
BROOKIES PLAYER - broke at the start losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
HAZER - tangled away. Driver K Tomlinson advised she was unable to release the removable deafeners due to the cord becoming entangled.
Race 6   SUBWAY WINTON MOBILE PACE
YAREBA - weakened from the 500m.
FOREVER ARDEN - broke shortly after the start hampering trailing runners. Placed on the Unruly for future mobile starts. Paced roughly at various stages throughout. Authorisation of this runner's 1st placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied the gelding had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation in the early stages. Stewards investigated a perceived breach of the Push Out Rule racing into the first bend after R McIlwrick (FOREVER ARDEN) shifted outwards when racing to the inside of ROBYNS ART. After viewing replays and hearing from Driver K Tomlinson (ROBYNS ART), it was established that ROBYNS ART had been racing in the three wide line and had not been forced wider by FOREVER ARDEN. Accordingly, Stewards took the matter no further.
ROBUST EASTON - weakened over the concluding stages.
AARDIE'S CAPTAIN - weakened from the 600m.
OH NO NANA - held up final bend and in the early stages of the run home.
DUKE OF SCOTLAND - hampered by a breaking runner shortly after the start. Over-raced in the early and middle stages.
ROBYNS ART - hampered by a breaking runner shortly after the start. Raced wide early.
DEMI DARLING - held up early in the run home.
Race 7   UPPERCUTS BUTCHERY HANDICAP TROT
RUBY SEDDON - trotted roughly rounding the final bend before breaking passing the 200m. A warning was placed on the racing record of the mare.
ABACARDI HAZEL - over-raced middle stages.
JOEDIUM - broke rounding the first bend losing ground. Trotted roughly throughout. Weakened from the 500m.
SUPERFASTSUPERSTAR - raced wide early.
GALLEONS FUTURE - held up final bend and in the early stages of the run home.
JULIE JACCKA - raced wide early.
AVEROSS MAJESTY - slow away. Over-raced middle stages. Driver D O'Connell was issued with a warning for using his whip free of the rein in the run home.
HIDDEN TALENT - Trainer N Williamson advised the mare has been treated for a respiratory infection and had its hocks treated since last racing.
Race 8   LAZARUS STANDING AT NEVELE R MOBILE PACE
DREAMS ARE FREE - broke in the score up and was a distance out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the colt. Treated by the Veterinarian following the race for a laceration to the right front leg.
SPORTY CHARLIE - Trainer B Morris advised the gelding has had its fetlocks and hocks treated since last racing. Mr Morris was issued with a warning for failing to have the correct colours available.
Race 9   VINCENT AT ALABAR MOBILE PACE
ASK ME LOU - weakened final bend.
CARRERA SUNSET - late scratching on Veterinary advice at 7.26am.
TAKEITOUT - raced wide early.
LA MOTH - had some difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the run home.
