B Orange advised Stewards this morning he was unable to drive at today's meeting due to injury. Mr Orange was replaced as per the Summary below and advised a Medical Clearance would be required prior to him driving next.

Race 1   ONE SMART COFFEE MOBILE PACE
ALWAYS B COCKY - broke in the score up however was in position at the start. Lay outwards in the run home.
SPIRITED LOU - hung outwards and paced roughly racing into the first bend. Over-raced middle stages. Held up in the early and middle stages of the run home.
THE BETTOR MAJOR - broke final bend losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
AUNTIE DEB - hung inwards in the run home having to be corrected by Driver S Tomlinson.
I SPY DIAMONDS - Trainer J McDermott advised that the filly has been served. Broke in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. Raced greenly at various stages throughout.
IGETAKICKOUTOFYOU - paced roughly in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Paced roughly again rounding the final bend and in the run home. Driver M Purvis reported the gelding had been striking a knee. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities. Mr Purvis advised he would have IGETAKICKOUTOFYOU undergo a further Veterinary examination in the coming days which Stewards will follow up with the results.
RURAL CASH - broke in the score up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
KIPCHOGE - held up leaving the final bend.
BIG GEE - hung outwards throughout the run home.
Race 2   BRAD WILLIAMSON RACING STABLES TROT
LIME IN A BOTTLE - broke shortly after the start losing ground.
STORM CLOUD - hung outwards and trotted roughly through the middle stages.
MAINBOCHER - hung outwards throughout the run home despite the efforts of Driver R Close.
SCHOEMAKER - fractious prior to the start causing a delay. Placed on the Unruly for future standing starts.
SHEZA TRENDY ONE - began awkwardly. Held up early in the run home.
PORTELLI - broke near the 300m hampering a trailing runner and losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
LOVE WALKED IN - raced wide early. Trotted roughly in the latter stages of the run home. Driver B Hope advised he was unable to fully drive the mare out in consequence.
KING OF DIAMONDS - broke shortly after the start losing ground. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 300m. Held up early in the run home. Placed on the Unruly for future standing starts at the request of Trainer K Cameron.
MODE - broke after 100m hampering a trailing runner and losing all chance.
MOA MOJITO - slow early stages. Hampered by a breaking runner after 200m. Broke near the 1500m losing all chance.
WHISPERING OVER - raced three wide without cover from the 1100m.
Race 3   DAVID REID HOMES WAITAKI-SOUTH CANTERBURY MOBILE PACE
EDGE SHEERAN - held up final bend.
KILAUEA - paced roughly in the score up.
GLIDING HIGH - when questioned regarding the performance Driver J Morrison advised in his opinion the gelding may not have backed up from its last start on 1 November.
DALNESS ARIZONA - raced wide early.
WOLFENSTEIN - over-raced middle stages. Held up early and middle stages of the run home. Received post-race Veterinary treatment for a laceration to its near hind pastern.
CHANGEAROUND - reared on several occasions in the pre-race formation with the initial start being aborted due to the gelding requiring attention to its gear. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the horse.
Race 4   PLACEMAKERS FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE
YAREBA - weakened final bend.
RUBY ROE - lay out rounding the final bend. Driver N Williamson reported the filly had raced greenly in the run home.
KID GLOVES - raced wide early. Weakened final bend. Driver J Patterson reported he sustained a punctured sulky tyre near the 400m.
SPRED SHEET - lay inwards in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Driver G Shand was warned for striking the sulky wheel of KID GLOVES near the 400m. In taking this course of action Stewards were satisfied there had been no consequential effects as a result.
OLIVES DREAM - broke in the score up however was in position at the start. Paced roughly rounding the final bend losing ground. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities.
Race 5   MATTHEW WILLIAMSON RACING STABLES TROT
MAJESTIC WHISPER - when questioned regarding the improved performance Trainer/Driver J Cox advised the mare had appreciated a return to short distance racing.
KOWHAI SUNSET - broke passing the 1000m losing all chance. Stood down to trial on one occasion to the satisfaction of Stewards prior to racing next.
LINE A LOVE - broke racing into the first bend. Broke again leaving the final bend losing all chance.
OPAWA PEAK - broke near the 500m losing all chance.
MISS GRACIE - Trainer A Faulks advised that the filly has been treated for muscle tie up since last racing. Lay outwards over the concluding stages.
LOOKALIKE LOBELL - held up final bend.
LUCINDA HEST - broke after 100m losing ground. Held up early in the run home.
MILES AWAY - trotted roughly through the middle stages losing ground. Driver N Williamson reported the gelding had trotted roughly at various stages throughout.
MARKTHEWARRIOR - broke at the start losing all chance.
NUBLIAH CHAMAY - Co-Trainer N Buchan advised that the mare would be racing in season.
Race 6   XMAS GRASS MEETING HERE WEDNESDAY 13TH DECEMBER HCP PACE
JUST MICHAEL - began awkwardly and shifted ground outwards.
JUSTIN FUN - paced roughly in the run home.
MIGHTY REACTOR - fractious prior to the start causing a delay. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Raced wide early. Held up by a weakening runner final bend.
RUBY'S A DELIGHT - lay inwards near the 1450m striking a track marker. Held up final bend.
ITOJE - raced wide without cover from the 1100m. When questioned regarding the performance Driver O Kite advised the gelding had worked hard in the middle stages when attempting to improve its position with the effort taking its toll. Junior Driver O Kite, assisted by N Williamson, was shown a replay and spoken to advisedly regarding the manner he drove near the 600m when briefly crowding an inside runner.
OFF THE EDGE - broke shortly after the start losing ground. Struck several track markers when weakening final bend hampering a trailing runner. Driver S Thornley was issued with a warning.
WILLISON - one sliding blind was removed prior to the start due to the gear having broken. Briefly crowded near the 600m by an outside runner. Momentarily shifted ground outwards near the 200m when Driver G Thornley attempted to activate the sliding blinds.
KIRKMAN - broke shortly after the start losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Authorisation of 4th placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied the gelding had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation.
GEORGIE ZUKOV - broke at the start hampering a trailing runner and losing ground. Over-raced middle stages.
JORDY - hampered by a breaking runner shortly after the start. Lay inwards in the run home.
Race 7   HAVE YOUR XMAS PARTY HERE 13 DEC JUNIOR DRIVERS HCP TROT
SPEEDING SPIRIT - trotted roughly in the run home.
MAKE MY SUNDON - Junior Driver S Thornley, assisted by N Williamson, defended a charge under Rule 869(3)(b) alleging that he drove carelessly near the 900m when shifting ground outwards checking OUTAMYWAY (R Harrison) which broke in consequence. After viewing the replays and hearing from all parties the Adjudicative Committee dismissed the charge.
OUR PINOCCHIO - raced wide without cover from the 1300m before weakening from the 500m.
SON OF PATRICK - broke at the start losing all chance and was retired from the race.
OUTAMYWAY - checked near the 900m by an inside runner and broke shortly after losing ground.

KNOCKSHANBALLY - had to be steadied near the 150m when KRYSTAL DELIGHT shifted ground outwards.
KRYSTAL DELIGHT - held up throughout the run home. Driver B Hope was warned to exercise greater care when shifting ground near the 150m.
PENNY WEIGHT - weakened final bend.
WHATABLAZE - Trainer J Hay advised that the gelding has been treated for muscle tie up and a virus since last racing.
TORNADO BANNER - late scratching on Veterinary advice at 6.00pm 8 November. Connections were advised a Veterinary Clearance would be required prior to the mare racing next.
TIDE AND TIME - raced wide early. When questioned regarding the performance Driver R Close advised the gelding had peaked on its effort inside the final 100m and he expected it would take natural benefit from the run.
FRANCO HUMBIE - weakened final bend.
CLASSIC MISSION - Trainer B Williamson advised that the gelding has been treated for a virus since last racing.
ROCKIN VA VA - Trainer C Wigg advised that the gelding has been treated for a virus since last racing. Had difficulty obtaining clear racing room over the concluding stages.
