THE COALMAN - weakened final bend. When questioned regarding the performance driver S Ottley advised she was disappointed with the effort and could offer no explanation. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
DANCE TILL DAWN - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver J Dunn. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. When questioned regarding the performance Mr Dunn advised the mare had been unsuited to the tempo of the race.
VICTOR BRAVO - over-raced middle stages. Held up leaving the final bend.
Race 2   ARK FINANCIAL GROUP MOBILE TROT
LUVAVICI - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver K Cox. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Broke briefly after 150m.
MUSCLE SASS - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver S Tomlinson. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. Checked and broke near the 350m.
DIRTY HARRY - hung inwards near the 1500m striking several track markers.
STYX JEWEL - broke passing the 200m hampering trailing runners.
SPIRITINTHESKY - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver S Ottley. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. Broke after 150m losing ground. Hampered by a breaking runner passing the 200m.
HIGH NOON - trotted roughly near the 900m. Hampered by a breaking runner passing the 200m.

SWEET BELLE - held up throughout the run home. Driver S O'Reilly advised the removable deafeners were not activated in consequence.
DONMARO - crowded late in the run home and had to be steadied.
MACANDREW AVIATOR - lay inwards throughout the run home crowding inside runners. Driver J Cox was advised to make a greater effort to maintain a straight course in the run home.
LAVER - crowded by MACANDREW AVIATOR which lay inwards in the run home.
Race 4   DD NYHAN OF SELWYN CATHOLIC PARISH MEMORIAL MOBILE TROT
SEBASTIAN COE - held up final bend before breaking near the 300m losing all chance.
SALVO - connections advised the mare would race without front shoes.
SUNNYS SISTER - trotted roughly passing the 1100m when improving to the lead having to be steadied. Broke when leading near the 200m losing all chance.
BUFFY NORTHSTAINS - over-raced and trotted roughly through the middle stages.
IT'S SO EASY - trotted roughly throughout the run home.
TI AMO BELLE - late scratching at 5.41pm on Veterinary advice.
AROHA KENNY - hung inwards final bend when attempting to improve wide on the track and trotted roughly after becoming awkwardly placed close to the wheel of SALVO which had shifted ground outwards ahead of the filly with a trailing runner being hampered.
NOTASBADASILOOK - hampered rounding the final bend.
Race 5   THERMO KING MOBILE PACE
MIKI'S COURAGE - broke as the start was effected losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Hung inwards throughout the run home. Paced roughly passing the 50m.
HARRISON JOHN - held up late in the run home.
FUSION REACTOR - paced roughly intermittently in the run home.
MAJOR HOT - hung outwards on occasions in the run home.
ARDEN'S MEMORY - broke after 150m checking a trailing runner and losing ground. A warning was placed on the racing record of the filly. Driver O Thornley reported the filly had been striking the sulky wheel discs.
SOLAR NEIGH - trainer T Bagrie was issued a $50 Minor Infringement Notice for being late to notify gear for the gelding. Checked and broke after 150m losing ground. Raced greenly passing the 600m before weakening. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a high heart rate and slow recovery. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.

Race 6   OLIVER & MIRIAM HICKMAN, CATHOLIC CATHEDRAL PARISH MOB PACE
TABASCO - driver B Williamson admitted a breach of Rule 869(7A)(a) when striking track markers rounding the final bend with the Adjudicative Committee imposing a fine of $100.
WHO'S DELIGHT - raced wide early.
BLUTO - out of position at the candy pole. Junior driver S O'Reilly (assisted by B White) defended a charge under Rule 858(1)(m) for being out of position at the candy pole. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from all parties, the Adjudicate Committee found the charge proved and imposed a fine of $100.
Race 7   LLOYD & JANE HICKMAN & CATHOLIC CATHEDRAL PARISH HCP PACE
CHRIS KYLE - broke at the start losing ground. Held up leaving the final bend.
JUST HOLLA - crowded by an outside runner rounding the final bend striking track markers.
DECEPTIVE LEE - broke briefly at the start.
DENY EVERYTHING - over-raced middle stages.
ALTA METEOR - paced roughly after jumping a shadow passing the 700m. Hung inwards final bend crowding an inside runner. When questioned regarding the performance driver T Williams advised the gelding had hung inwards on various occasions during the running causing him difficulty. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
THE FALCON - the required veterinary clearance was received.
Race 8   TABAK BUSINESS SALES MOBILE PACE
STRAIGHT FLUSH - raced wide early.
PRIMA DONNA - hung outwards throughout the run home and shifted up the track. Driver G Smith was warned to make a greater effort to maintain a straight course in the run home.
SUPERSTAR LEGEND - broke in the score up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
DIVINE ANGEL - driver K Newman will be spoken to in the coming days regarding his use of the whip in the run home.

Race 9   CANTERBURY RESOURCE RECOVERY LTD HCP TROT
OUR GOLDEN KENNY - broke at the start losing ground. Hung inwards rounding the first bend striking several track markers. Trotted roughly passing the 2100m. Hung inwards and struck track markers near the 1500m. Checked near the 1000m.
TU TANGATA - trainer P Nairn was warned for presenting his stable runners TU TANGATA and RESOLVE with the incorrect saddlecloth numbers. Checked near the 1000m.
MADELEINE STOWE - hung outwards near the 1000m and locked wheels with NAZARETH resulting in trailing runners being checked to varying degrees. A warning was placed on the racing record of the mare.
GALWAY GIRL - checked and broke near the 1000m losing all chance.
GALLEONS AMBASSADOR - broke at the start losing ground. Checked near the 1000m. Raced four wide from the 700m. Broke near the 250m losing all chance.
UNICO VACANZA - checked near the 1000m.
NAZARETH - checked near the 1000m after locking wheels with MADELEINE STOWE which had hung outwards.
MY MOMENT'S NOW - checked near the 1000m. Broke near the 200m losing all chance.
DOMINATION'S CALL - raced wide until being restrained to the rear of the field near the 1100m. Checked near the 1000m.
OUTAMYWAY - checked near the 1000m. Raced four wide from the 700m. Broke near the 400m losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the horse.
RESOLVE - checked near the 1000m.
Race 10   DIAMOND RACING MOBILE PACE
CHANGEAROUND - over-raced through the middle stages. Weakened final bend hampering a trailing runner. Driver J Dunn reported the gelding had hung outwards causing him steering difficulties throughout and he would be recommending gear changes prior to racing next.
LONE WOLF - paced roughly final bend.
ADESANYA - held up by a weakening runner final bend.
