Race 1   IRT. YOUR HORSE. OUR PASSION MOBILE TROT
DIRTY HARRY - out of position at the start. Driver T Trathen was spoken to advisedly regarding his position at the start. When assessing this Stewards took into account that the mobile arm had shifted up the track prior to the start. Crowded racing into the first bend by an outside runner having to be steadied.
STUARTS BULLER BOY - raced greenly in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Crowded racing into the first bend by an outside runner having to be steadied. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 400m.
GEORGE ELIOT - raced wide early. Driver T Grant was warned for the manner in which he drove when shifting ground racing into the first bend crowding inside runners.
COURTNEY MAY - raced wide early. Broke near the 400m hampering a trailing runner and losing all chance.
SPECIAL EFFECTS - broke in the score up losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
DANCING GLENIS - driver R Anderson was warned for using his whip free of the rein on one occasion in the run home.
Race 2   WOODLANDS STUD STANDOUT SEVEN MOBILE PACE
ITSAMONEYMAKER - briefly crowded near the 1500m.
ULTIMATE BIRD - lay outwards near the 150m locking sulky stays with FERNLEIGH BLACKBIRD.
FERNLEIGH BLACKBIRD - improved wide rounding the final bend. Locked sulky stays with ULTIMATE BIRD which lay outwards near the 150m.
TIGER TAYLOR - driver J Morrison was spoken to advisedly for the manner he drove near the 1500m when briefly crowding an inside runner.
SOPHIA BROMAC - pre-race warmed. Held up early stages of the run home.
ANGEL OF MONTANA over -raced early stages.
Race 3   PI & GJ KENNARD BLOODSTOCK MOBILE PACE
EXECUTIVE BANNER - sustained a punctured sulky tyre rounding the final bend. Lay inwards near the 150m placing FAST ACE in restricted room which had to be steadied. Notwithstanding his horse laying inwards, driver R Houghton was advised to make a greater effort to keep his runner straight in the run home.
TIDE AND TIME - over-raced middle stages. Held up early in the run home. Driver K Cox will be spoken to in the coming days regarding the manner in which she drove near the 200m.
MOTOR MOUTH - driver S Iremonger advised he sustained a punctured sulky tyre near the 200m.
CHANGEAROUND - weakened final bend.
SMOKIN ANNIE - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the run home.
WOLF OF WALL STREET - lay inwards rounding the final bend and struck the sulky wheel of EXECUTIVE BANNER. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding. Driver S Thornley advised the horse had hung inwards on several occasions during the running.
FAST ACE - cleared from the unruly for future mobile starts. Held up in the early and middle stages of the run home and placed in restricted room near the 150m.
Race 4   EQUICONNECT 17TH AUGUST AT ADDINGTON MOBILE PACE
ULTIMATUM - over-raced middle stages.
THE WELSH DRAGON - over-raced middle stages.
Race 5   THE TYRE GENERAL HANDICAP TROT
GENTLE MAC - broke after 100m losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
GALLEONS AMBASSADOR - driver J Morrison advised the removable deafeners were not activated due to having the field covered.
IT'S SO EASY - broke after 100m losing ground. Raced wide early. Authorisation of 2nd placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied the mare had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation in the early stages.
EMILY - shifted ground outwards rounding the final bend and in the early stages of the run home. Driver J Curtin was warned to make a greater effort to maintain a straight course in the run home.
Race 6   GARRARDS NATIONAL HANDICAP PACE
Authorisation of placings was withheld until Stewards had reviewed replays of the start when the front barrier strand failed to fully clear BOUDICA and were satisfied this runner's chances had not been affected.
BOUDICA - checked by a breaking runner near the 300m.
FRANCO HOFFMAN - hampered by a breaking runner near the 300m.
ANYTHING GOES - broke briefly at the start. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 300m.
AARDIE'S EXPRESS - broke when leading passing the 300m checking and hampering trailing runners losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the mare. When asked to comment on the horse breaking, driver T Williams advised the mare had hung inwards and broken when attempting to extend. Mr Williams added he would be recommending gear changes prior to racing next. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a laceration on the right front coronary band. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance prior to resuming.
DONMARO - over-raced early and middle stages. Held up final bend. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 300m.
ALLAMERICANLOVER - hampered by a breaking runner near the 300m.
Race 7   HORNBY LIQUOR HANDICAP TROT
GIFT CARD - held up throughout the run home. Driver S O'Reilly advised the removable deafeners were not activated in consequence.
KAHRESS - on return to the stabling area the mare underwent a veterinary examination and was found to be lame in the right fore leg. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance prior to resuming.
GALWAY GIRL - struck a track marker near the 1100m. Driver C Thornley was issued a warning.
THE DOMINATOR - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to be lame in the left fore leg. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance prior to resuming.
Race 8   ADDINGTON CUP WEEK ON SALE 31 AUGUST MOBILE PACE
WARLOCH - eased out of the race passing the 1300m and was transported from the track in the Horse Ambulance. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding had bled. Stood down for the mandatory 30 days with a veterinary clearance including the results of an endoscopic examination required prior to completing one satisfactory trial before resuming.
ALTA METEOR - paced roughly rounding the final bend.
Race 9   GOLD BAND TAXIS MOBILE PACE
MYSTIFY ME - weakened final bend hampering trailing runners.
DIVINE ANGEL - lay outwards marginally near the 100m hampering outside runners.
MIKI BENNETT - hampered near the 100m and when taking evasive action placed STEPHS BOY in restricted room.
BLACK MACH - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver S Thornley. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
CLASSIE LINC - over-raced middle stages. Hampered by a weakening runner final bend. Held up until late in the run home. Driver S Tomlinson advised the sliding blinds were not activated in consequence.
SUPERSTAR LEGEND - hampered near the 100m.
STEPHS BOY - hampered by a weakening runner final bend. Placed in restricted room near the 100m having to be steadied.
