Race 1 - IRT. YOUR HORSE. OUR PASSION. MOBILE PACE |
At an adjourned hearing on 30 July, Junior driver A Cameron (DON JUAN) with the assistance of B Orange, defended a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) alleging that she drove carelessly when firstly shifting ground when not in a position to do so near the 1700m and secondly shifting inwards near the 1600m and checking TRIPLE ROCK which broke losing all chance. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from all parties, the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and after taking into account the expiry date of Miss Cameron's current suspension, her driver's licence was suspended from the conclusion of racing on 18 August up to and including 10 September 2023 (6 days). |
