Race 10 - CATR SUNDAY 17 DEC 2023 BOOK NOW MOBILE PACE |
At an adjourned hearing held today, Junior driver A Cameron (RUBY MALONE) assisted by M Purvis, defended a breach of Rule 868(2) alleging she failed to take all reasonable and permissible measures when not shifting wider on the track rounding the final bend when an opportunity existed resulting in her runner being held up until near the 100m. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from all parties, the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and Miss Cameron's driver's licence was suspended from the conclusion of racing on 30 July up to and including 18 August 2023 (5 days). |
