A protest was lodged against 4th placing being awarded to HOMEBUSH LAD (B Hope) under Rule 869(7B) alleging the gelding had gained an advantage when shifting inside the marker line in the run home. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Stewards and Mr Hope the Adjudicative Committee dismissed the protest. | |
