Race 1   RANGIORA HARNESS RACING CLUB 75TH JUBILEE MOB PACE
CHANGEOVER JO - struck a track marker rounding the final bend when weakening hampering trailing runners. A warning was placed on the racing performance of the mare. Driver C Wigg was warned to make a better effort to avoid making contact with track markers.
PHONE TAP - hampered by a weakening runner on the final bend.
MARK DUNNETT - hampered by a weakening runner on the final bend.
EDGE SHEERAN - broke as the start was effected losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
OLIVE COOK - driver S Wigg was warned for the manner she drove when attempting to shift ground inwards near the 1700m.
Race 2   SAM & SHYA ENRIGHT LOVE THEIR DAD TROT
ALI'S WISHES - trotted roughly in the run home.
THERE YOU GO - weakened from the 700m hampering a trailing runner. A warning was placed on the racing performance of the mare.
MIGHTY LOGAN - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room throughout the run home.
ELLAMON - broke at the start losing ground. Hampered by a weakening runner near the 700m.
HOLLY HIGHLANDER - began awkwardly.
CIRCUS CIRCUS - broke near the 200m losing its chance.

TANGANYIKA - lay in under pressure over the concluding stages.
HANOI FRANCO - lay inwards on various occasions throughout the running.
SOCIAL GIANT - over-raced middle stages.
SANTA KLAWS - broke in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Over-raced middle stages. Broke again near the 1100m losing its chance. A warning was also placed on the racing record of the gelding. Driver C Markham reported he sustained a punctured sulky tyre passing the 1500m after the gelding had been contacting its sulky wheels.
HIKOI HINE - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver J Cox. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
Race 4   VINCE ALMIGHTY-LOT328 NZB STANDARDBRED YEARLING SALES PACE
The start was delayed 7 minutes until EDDIE JAMES could leave the track.
EDDIE JAMES - late scratching prior to the start at 1.14pm by Order of Stewards after becoming entangled in the outside fence. A veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
SIR MONTY - broke at the start hampering trailing runners and losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
MY SKATJIE - broke at the start before being hampered by a breaking runner.
CHEDAR - hampered by a breaking runner at the start. Over-raced early stages.
BEAUDIENE QUICK STEP - held up rounding the final bend and early in the run home.
A ROCKN TO THE BLUES - broke at the start losing all chance.
BOXER - checked at the start when AIRIES GOLD shifted inwards losing all chance.
AIRIES GOLD - shifted inwards at the start checking inside runner. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. When questioned regarding the improved performance trainer/driver G Shand was unable to provide any tangible explanation other than the horse's performances had improved since racing without blinds on in its most recent starts.
JUSTA TERRA - broke after 150m and shifted up the track losing ground.
TYKE - held up rounding the final bend and over the concluding stages.
ELEPHANTINTHEROOM - broke at the start losing ground.
AMBLESIDE DRIVE - hampered by a breaking runner at the start.
LAY ON MACDUFF - hampered by a breaking runner at the start.
JOSE QUIVERA - hampered by a breaking runner at the start. Held up rounding the final bend. Paced roughly over the concluding stages.

NATIVES INFERNO - raced wide early. Broke briefly near the 2100m.

Race 6   JOHN POWER MEMORIAL MOBILE PACE
REFORMED - held up early and middle stages of the run home. Driver S Ottley reported the sliding blinds were not activated in consequence.
BEYOND A SHADOW - when questioned regarding the performance driver G Smith advised the mare had to work too hard early which had taken its toll over the concluding stages of the race.
HEY TONIGHT - the anti choke device shifted position during the running. Lay inwards placing inside runner in restricted room near the 300m.
CLASSIE LINC - over-raced middle stages.
KING ARTHUR - struck a track marker when placed in restricted room near the 300m.
Race 7   TEAM TEAL INVITED DRIVERS CHALLENGE PACE
SONIC REIGN - fractious prior to the start causing a delay. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Tangled away.
KINGSDOWN ATOM - lay inwards throughout the run home.
QUICKSMART - held up early in the run home.
STYLE COUNCIL - reluctant to come up into its barrier position and was back at the start.

LUMEN CAELI - held up over the concluding stages.
BUCKSKIN - broke at the start losing ground.

Race 10   GOODWIN CONTRACTING MOBILE PACE
LETS GET TROPICAL - driver L O'Reilly was spoken to advisedly for failing to concede his position racing into the first bend when racing to the inside of PHILADELPHIA FILLY.
JORDY - the off side sliding blind became detached early in the running. Held up final bend and early stages of the run home.
EL CHICO - over-raced when leading in the middle stages. Raced greenly in the run home when under pressure.
VICTOR BRAVO - briefly hampered by an easing of the pace near the 1800m.
PRESS PLAY - back slightly at the start when an outside runner raced greenly. Hampered and broke after an easing of the pace passing the 1800m.
ACENTO - raced greenly late in the score up. Over-raced middle stages.
THERESA LOVE - raced wide early. When spoken to regarding the performance driver J Cox reported the mare had failed to finish the race off after working hard when racing wide at various stages and when considering this he was not overly disappointed with the horse's performance.
