| TOMMYSONAROLL - weakened leaving the final bend. When questioned regarding the performance driver Z Butcher advised the gelding had travelled well however had failed to respond when placed under pressure inside the final 400m and had proved disappointing. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Stewards will follow up the recovery of the horse with trainer M Purvis in the coming days. | |

After reviewing the available films Stewards were satisfied that driver T Williams (SECRET DELIGHT) had commenced to shift prior to WATCHIT reaching his sulky wheel. Crowded rounding the final bend when an inside runner hung outwards. | |
