NO GEE ESS TEE - paced roughly final bend. | |
TOMMYSONAROLL - weakened leaving the final bend. When questioned regarding the performance driver Z Butcher advised the gelding had travelled well however had failed to respond when placed under pressure inside the final 400m and had proved disappointing. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Stewards will follow up the recovery of the horse with trainer M Purvis in the coming days. |

SECRET DELIGHT - Stewards investigated a possible breach of the Push Out Rule near the 1300m when SECRET DELIGHT shifted wider on the track with WATCHIT momentarily racing wider when laying outwards. After reviewing the available films Stewards were satisfied that driver T Williams (SECRET DELIGHT) had commenced to shift prior to WATCHIT reaching his sulky wheel. Crowded rounding the final bend when an inside runner hung outwards. | |
