Race 1   WYNDHAM WORKOUTS TROT
EASY COUNT - trotted roughly and raced greenly through the early stages and was restrained to the rear of the field. Weakened final bend.
JUSTINE JACCKA - trotted roughly in the run home. Driver M Williamson reported he did not release the removable deafeners as a consequence.
THE BRONX BOMBER - broke shortly after the start losing all chance.
HOT SAUCY BETTY - trainer K Green was issued with a warning for the late notification of gear. Cleared from the Unruly for future standing start engagements.
HARLEEN QUINZEL - trotted roughly at various stages throughout. Broke passing the 1100m losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the filly.
CHICK MAGNET - broke passing the 2000m losing all chance.
Race 2   WYNDHAM PIONEER LIONS TEA ROOMS 'THANK YOU' MOBILE PACE
LA MOTH - held up final bend.
MORE GOODA - held up final bend and early stages of the run home.
RIGHTAZZ - broke in the score-up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
BOBBIES ROCK - over-raced first bend when being restrained to take cover.
TEDDY BAKER - raced wide in the early stages.
Race 3   MLT / THREE RIVERS HOTEL HANDICAP TROT
JUSTAN'S SISTER - briefly hampered by a breaking runner passing the 100m.
KING CASSIDY - lay in rounding the bends. Broke passing the 150m.
AVEROSS MAJESTY - when asked to comment on the improved performance trainer D O'Connell advised he was not surprised as the gelding had been working well in the lead up and had received an economical run in a field that was a significant drop in grade from recent racing.
Race 4   WWW.ALABAR.COM.AU FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE
SEABROOKE - paced roughly in the score-up and on various other occasions throughout. Broke near the 200m. A warning was placed on the racing record of the mare. Junior driver M Hurrell reported SEABROOKE had been striking its knees.
NORTHVIEW ROCK - shifted down the track under pressure over the concluding stages.
BETTA WATCH OUT - lay out rounding the final bend. Driver B Barclay reported he did not release the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
ROBYN X - lay in racing into the first bend. Driver K Larsen was warned for using his whip free of the rein near the 200m.
NEED A CHANGE - raced wide early.
REBECCA DALE - raced wide early. Hampered by a breaking runner passing the 200m.
THE LADYBIRD - junior driver T Larsen reported he had received a punctured sulky tyre near the 550m.
BRANXHOLME LASS - held up for clear racing room through the middle stages of the run home.
MUCHO FUERTE - held up final bend. Cleared from the Unruly for future mobile starts. Driver J Douglas admitted a charge under Rule 869(3)(b) that he drove carelessly near the 550m when shifting ground outwards and striking the sulky wheel of THE LADYBIRD resulting in the tyre puncturing. After viewing replays and considering penalty submissions the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $250.
Race 5   WYNDHAM RACING AT CROMWELL 6TH JANUARY TROT
GROOVY L'AMOUR - fractious prior to the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. Broke at the start losing ground.
JOHNS BOY - junior driver T Larsen, assisted by K Larsen, was spoken to and reminded of his obligations to ensure he obeys the Starter's instructions and that he starts from the correct barrier position.
MINNIE MCGOOGAN - slightly impeded prior to the start when unable to take up its front-line position. Authorisation of placings was withheld until the Stewards had viewed the replays and were satisfied this had not materially affected the chances of the filly.
TWO MENNY MUSCLES - over-raced when being restrained to take cover passing the 2000m.
AMBRO AMEIGO - fractious prior to the start. Broke shortly after the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
Following the race Starter Mr B Ward was shown replays of the start and reminded of his obligation to ensure all runners have the opportunity to be in their correct barrier position prior to the start.
Race 6   WYNDHAM HRC CENTENNIAL CELEBRATIONS 17&18 MARCH MOB PACE
ONELOVEONELIFE - hampered by a weakening runner near the 500m.
TABASCO - driver B Williamson reported he was unable to release the removable deafeners due to the cord breaking. The gear was inspected and found to be in previous good condition.
DANCE WITH THE BOSS - fractious prior to the score-up requiring the attention of a starter's assistant.
THE BEAUDEN BLUES - weakened from the 500m.
BLACKADDER - out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Paced roughly and had some difficulty maintaining contact with the body of the field for a distance passing the 800m.
PRIDES CONTESSA - hampered by a weakening runner and broke briefly passing the 400m.
BETTER ROBYN - out of position at the start despite the efforts of junior driver M Hurrell. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Broke passing the 900m losing all chance. A warning was also placed on the racing record of the gelding.
Race 7   WWW.MACCALODGE.COM MOBILE PACE
WILL HE ROCK - late scratching on Veterinary advice at 5.23pm after warming up unfavourably. Stood down pending a Veterinary Clearance prior to resuming.
JAFFIE J - the rein pricker was removed prior to the start due to the mare warming up unfavourably.
FOUR STARZZZ SHIRAZ - over-raced early when being restrained to take cover at the rear of the field. Over-raced again through the middle stages.
TARTAN RAIDER - held up leaving the final bend and the early stages of the run home.
I'M WATCHING YOU - unable to obtain clear racing room throughout the run home.
STILL ROCKIN - over-raced in the score up. Raced wide early. Continued to over-race at various stages throughout. Hung in throughout the run home with the gelding unable to be fully driven out by driver K Green.
MAXWELL ROBYN - held up for clear racing room until the middle stages of the run home.
Trainer A Wohlers advised Stewards on 15th October that STUNIN STAR has had its hocks treated since last racing.
Race 8   FRANKS MOTORCYCLES & 4 SPARES MOBILE PACE
SANTANNA MACH - over-raced through the middle stages.
CARRERA DANCE - over-raced in the score-up. Continued to over-race through the early and middle stages.
WATTLEBANK STAR - trainer K Green was issued a $50 Minor Infringement Notice for the late notification of gear.
MOGUL - held up leaving the final bend.
LIVY DESMA - weakened from the 600m. Driver B Barclay reported the mare had raced lethargically throughout. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed the mare to have a slow recovery. Stewards will follow up with trainer L Bond in the coming days.
Race 9   NEXT RACEDAY SUNDAY 6TH NOVEMBER MOBILE PACE
VIN SCULLY - late scratching on Veterinary advice at 6.50pm on 12 October.
BEEZ NEEZ - raced wide early. Over-raced in the middle stages.
JOES ROCK - raced wide until reaching the parked position near the 1700m.
TIGER MOTH - broke in the score-up and was out of position at the start, losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
