MIKI KNOWS - junior driver R Harrison (assisted by J Dunn) admitted a breach of the Push Out Rule 869(4)(6)(b)(c) in that she shifted outwards near the 2000m forcing MAGICIAN to race wider on the track. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $200.

When questioned regarding the performance Mr Dunn advised the gelding had resented the brush shadow roll and he would be recommending gear changes prior to racing next. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
