When questioned regarding the perceived improved performance trainer S Armour advised that gear changes, a better draw and training well in the lead up had resulted in today's forward showing, adding she was not surprised by the effort.

After viewing replays and considering submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee imposed a suspension of Miss Kyle's junior driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 19 November up to and including 7 December 2025 (3 days).

When questioned regarding the apparent improved performance trainer L Bond advised the mare had benefitted from a change in workload and the shorter distance of the race, adding he was still surprised by the forward showing today.

Due to Mr Dalgety having left the course the matter was adjourned sine die by the Adjudicative Committee.
