Driver R Austin admitted a subsequent charge under Rule 869(4) in that he failed to concede his position resulting in his own horse breaking. After viewing replays and considering submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Austin's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 18 May 2025 (2 days).
