When questioned regarding the performance trainer J Campbell and driver M Williamson were both disappointed with the effort. A post-race veterinary and endoscopic examination revealed the early signs of a respiratory infection. Mr Campbell advised he would be having blood tests taken from the gelding in the coming days and Stewards will follow up the results.
