Stewards investigated a perceived breach of the Push Out Rule at this stage of the race, where it was established that driver R McIlwrick (HE'S ROBYN) had commenced his outwards movement prior to RAKAMICK reaching his sulky wheel, accordingly no further action was required.

A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. Mr Dunn elected to move to the unruly position for the restart where the filly will remain for future mobile starts.
