Junior driver S Hill, assisted by B Williamson, admitted a charge that he drove carelessly in this incident with the matter adjourned sine die by the Adjudicative Committee.

Driver M Hurrell admitted a charge that he drove carelessly in this incident. After viewing replays and considering submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Hurrell's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today 9 February, up to and including 21 February 2025 (3 days).

Driver T Williams admitted a breach of the Push Out Rule 869(4)(6)(b)(c) in that he shifted ground outwards racing into the first bend forcing DENY EVERYTHING wider on the track. After viewing the replays and hearing penalty submissions the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $200. Raced four wide for a distance passing the 1700m.
