BRIANNA - driver D McCormick admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly when shifting ground outwards near the 600m when not clear of DELLA'S FELLA which was checked and broke. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty, the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr McCormick's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 23 November 2025 (2 days).

Junior driver G Thornley, assisted by J Dunn, admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that she drove carelessly in this incident. After viewing replays and considering submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee imposed a suspension of Miss Thornley's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 7 January up to and including 11 January 2026 (2 days).
