GOLD BULLION - hampered by a breaking runner near the 850m. Shifted inwards near the 350m when not clear of GEORGE ELIOT (R Close) which broke losing all chance. Driver B Butt defended a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) alleging he drove carelessly when shifting ground resulting in GEORGE ELIOT being checked. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from all parties the Adjudicative Committee dismissed the charge.
