After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr McCormick's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 19 April up to and including 25 April 2025 (2 days). Mr McCormick also admitted a breach of Rule 869(2) and the Whip and Rein Regulations in that he used his whip free of the rein rounding the final bend and again early in the run home. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr McCormick's driver's licence from 26 April up to and including 30 April 2025 (2 days).
