Stewards questioned driver R Close regarding this incident. Mr Close advised that his runner had been over-racing causing him difficulty and after being hampered by the weakening MILLIE LET LOOSE he had attempted to shift ground outwards however MILLIE LET LOOSE had hung outwards simultaneously to him shifting ground resulting in his runner being placed in restricted room. After viewing the replays and considering Mr Close's explanation Stewards took the matter no further.
