After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Walsh's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 19 January 2025 (2 days).

Held up final bend by a weakening runner. Authorisation of 4th placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied the mare had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation when in a break. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. Co-trainer H Cullen advised he would have a further veterinary examination conducted on the mare on return to his stable.
