Driver M Howard admitted a breach of the Push Out Rule 869(4)(6)(b)(c) and after viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty, the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Howard's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 18 December 2025 (3 days). Over-raced and broke after becoming awkwardly placed close to the sulky of ELEKTRA KING near the 1150m despite the efforts of Mr Howard and fell checking trailing runners. Mr Howard was unharmed in this incident. A post-race veterinary examination of JAY R TOLKIEN revealed no abnormalities. JAY R TOLKIEN was stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming.

Junior driver A Cameron, who declined assistance from a Senior driver, admitted a breach of Rule 869(2) and the Whip and Rein Regulations in that she used her whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty, the Adjudicative Committee suspended Miss Cameron's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 30 November up to and including 5 December 2025 (2 days).

Miss O'Reilly explained that with several runners in close proximity to her outside, she was uncertain whether she had sufficient advantage over those runners to safely improve wider. After considering her explanation, Stewards were satisfied her decision was not unreasonable in the circumstances and took the matter no further.
