CHEEKY RED - driver T Chmiel admitted a breach of Rule 869(2) and the Whip and Rein Regulations in that he used his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty, the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Chmiel's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 6 November 2025 (3 days).
