CALORIEFREE - Stewards investigated a possible breach of the Push Out Rule near the 1750m when this runner appeared to force TIGHT LINES to race wider on the track, however after the viewing replays it was established that Driver T Macfarlane (CALORIEFREE) had commenced his outwards movement prior to TIGHT LINES (T Herlihy) reaching his sulky wheel and simultaneously raced greenly causing Mr Macfarlane some difficulty. Stewards elected not to take the matter any further other than to place a warning on the gelding's racing manners. Paced roughly rounding the final turn and lay inwards when being shifted wider on the track early in the run home. Again paced roughly throughout the run home.

Mr Frost admitted the charge and after viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Frost's Amateur Driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 24 November 2025 (3 months).
