After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty, the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr DeFilippi's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 13 November up to and including 23 November 2025 (4 days).

Mr Williams added that he was not overly disappointed with the performance, noting that the horse was first-up after six weeks and would derive benefit from the run.
