Again paced roughly in the run home. When questioned regarding the performance Mr Butt advised he elected to drive the gelding for one run as it possesses high speed however the horse had panicked when being forced wider rounding the final bend and had paced roughly and shifted outwards abruptly. Mr Butt added he would be making changes to the gelding's gear for future racing.
