Driver K Cameron defended a breach of Rule 869(7A)(c) alleging that he shifted inwards racing into the first bend causing BLACK MACH to be crowded and strike several track markers. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Stewards and Mr Cameron, the Adjudicative Committee dismissed the charge.
