The matter was adjourned to be heard before the upcoming meeting on Sunday 6 April. Mr Abernethy reported he had not activated the sliding blinds or deafeners due to having the field covered.

After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from all parties the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and Miss Burton's driver's licence was suspended from the conclusion of racing on 30 April up to and including 4 May 2025 (2 days).
