After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Munro's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing tonight up to and including 13 July 2025 (4 days).

Lay inwards when being shifted outwards near the 250m and was awkwardly placed to the outside of the tiring CONAN and paced roughly after striking the sulky wheel of that runner.
