After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr McCormick's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 19 April up to and including 25 April 2025 (2 days). Mr McCormick also admitted a breach of Rule 869(2) and the Whip and Rein Regulations in that he used his whip free of the rein rounding the final bend and again early in the run home. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr McCormick's driver's licence from 26 April up to and including 30 April 2025 (2 days).

After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from both drivers and Stewards, the Adjudicative Committee upheld the protest and MAVIS JONES was relegated to 5th placing. Driver R May admitted an associated charge under Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly when shifting ground and after hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr May's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 4 May up to and including 14 May 2025 (4 days).

A Request for a Ruling was lodged to determine whether MAVIS JONES had been denied a fair start. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Stewards and driver B Hope the Adjudicative Committee declared MAVIS JONES to be a runner. Mr Hope defended a breach of Rule 859(2) alleging that he allowed his horse to start from the incorrect barrier position. After hearing evidence from Stewards and Mr Hope, the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and imposed a fine of $400.

Stewards lodged a protest against 3rd placing being awarded under Rule 870(5) alleging the gelding was lapped on at the finish by CLYDE, PAIGE and MAVIS JONES. After viewing the replays driver J Dunn did not contest the protest and ONE OVER DA LINE was relegated to 6th placing by the Stewards.
