After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Mr Chmiel, Miss Tomlinson and Stewards, the Adjudicative Committee found the charged proved and suspended Mr Chmiel's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 6 May up to and including 10 May 2026 (2 days).
