Driver R McIlwrick defended a subsequent charge under Rule 869(3)(b) alleging that he drove carelessly in this incident. After viewing replays and hearing evidence from all parties the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and after considering submissions on penalty imposed a fine of $250.
