When questioned regarding the performance Mr Dunn advised the gelding had raced too keenly which had taken its toll over the concluding stages.

MUSCLE MOUNTAIN - raced wide until reaching the parked position near the 2000m. Driver B Hope admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly when easing the pace in an abrupt manner near the 1900m hampering and checking trailing runners. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty, the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Hope's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 14 November up to and including 28 November 2025 (5 days).
